Had an awesome experience and great meal, stopped here to grab late brunch with friends and our waiter, Will, was Amazing!! Was super busy when we had stopped in but he was taking care of everything so efficiently, and with a great sense of humour, definitely recommend going here for a quick bite or to catch up with friends.

I love IHOP. I wanted to go to this location since I had been planning Black Friday.
When I got there near the evening time, the establishment was almost vacant, so me and my friend did not have to wait. I ordered the Maple Bacon Pancakes Combo, including bacon and sunny-side eggs with the Cookie Butter Milkshake. My friend had the Strawberry French Toast with a Mimosa. The platter tasted terrific while the pancakes were sublime since I always wanted to try bacon pancakes. The milkshake was overwhelmingly flavoursome and creamy. My friend enjoyed his meal a lot as well. The service I consider to be admirable.
Coming to these IHOP locations made me wish that the one in Abbotsford was still in business since I do not get to enjoy their food as often as before. My experience in the one in Langley made me feel nostalgic of those times.
Waitress was very friendly and helped us seniors to find the right meal for us! Liked the $10 menu for M-F!

The service of tammy was awful. She seemed to be a racist. There were four of us, but only one needed a coffee . To which she angrily said , make sure you guys don’t share it. That was pathetic. And when we paid at last, she throw the receipt on table as she throw it on our face. It’s disgusting to have these sort of people working at this beautiful restaurant and spoiled our good long weekend family time. Management can check the cameras and required action should be taken against her.
