Visiting Vancouver and stopped in for a leisurely breakfast before heading out to tour the area. We were seated promptly. Coffee came immediately. Food was excellent. I had the cinnamon roll crepes; my husband had the steak tips and vegetables wrapped in egg. Our waitress was NAV G. She was exceptional!! She has a lovely personality and was friendly with all patrons. She was very attentive the whole time we were there. We also noticed how calm and gentle she was with some elderly customers. She never seemed rushed- yet she continuously went from table to table checking on everyone. Wonderful experience!! 🌟

I guess ihop ran out of dishes. You would think they would put the mozzarella sticks on a separate plate. the mozzarella sticks were soaked in syrup and whipped cream. When we asked for other mozza the sticks and explained the situation, he was confused why.

Took a family member for birthday breakfast. There were only three of us and an automatic tip of 15% was taken. We complained about our experience with our meal and nothing was done about it. Then they automatically took a 15% tip. How do you justify this?

I was waiting for my car to Be services at go motors. So I decided to walk down to the IHOP to have breakfast came in sat right away and food came out with in 10mins. Great service and I was by myself and watching a movie. They read my vibe and just came by once. I paid online and was easy. Would go back again. I haven't been to IHOP in 20yrs. I would go to the Langley one again

I haven’t been to IHop in a long time but we decided to go as a family for brunch. After waiting for a table for only a short while we were sat in a booth close to the kitchen. It took about 20 minutes after being seated to get our drinks (waters) and we put in our meal orders when we asked for waters. After waiting an additional hour with no one stopping at our table to check in or refills, we asked how much longer it would be. At this point being seated for 1.5 hours was told it was about to come out. Another 10 minutes passed and our waitress came and told us she never put our order in and she would need to retake our order. This experience specifically from the staff it’s safe to say we will not be returning!
