I used to be a regular here, but ever since they changed the baristas, both the drink quality and service have declined. That said, kudos to the Sunday barista who makes an excellent matcha latte—unfortunately, she hasn’t been around the past few weeks. I really hope they can bring back the consistency and quality they once had.

I have been regular to this kiosk in willowbrook mall and their coffee is no doubt good. Today i ordered a flat white which comes in a small cup so i asked for a sleeve since the cup was boiling hot but the barista said they dont have the sleeve size which was okay so i asked for an extra cup so i can atleast hold it to which she said “ sorry you can take a tissue and wrap it “. Like imagine handing a boiling low quality cup and getting a response like this. please improve the customer service or atleast provide an alternative to a concern.

Do NOT get an iced London Fog here, they don't know how to make them. Watery as hell

I ordered a 12 ounce white mocha and they charged me over $2 for the extra shot and then they put cocoa powder on the top ! I am allergic to chocolate hence the WHITE mocha !

Hidden gem in the mall, amazing baked goods ( the cookies are addicting) and fantastic coffee!

Very nice atmosphere, but don’t buy a matcha latte here. The powder isn’t at all mixed with the drink! It’s all on top. Maybe some of their other drinks are better

They know their coffee! The barista can mix coffee creations in accordance to your caffeine mood - iced drink w espresso that's not too sweet? They hit that note
A classic Spanish latte? They brewed one with the perfect balance of sweetness and smooth.
Hope to sit & enjoy their coffee next time

I was at Willowbrook Mall & decided to try something other than Starbucks. I purchased an americano misto from this coffee shop. The coffee temperature was so ridiculously hot it gave me second degree burns on my legs.

When I went back to notify the attendant, he told me there’s nothing they can do about it as their machine controls temperature (still charged me .25 cents for the double cup). The coffee took 30 min to cool to a comfortable drinking temperature. It’s as if someone boiled the coffee on a stove & served it. Needless to say I won’t be back. Poor experience overall.

In my own life I typically buy coffee in a to-go cup with the intent to drink it while im out and about, busy doing other things.
The espresso sold here was so good I ended up turning the corner, sitting down and enjoying it fully.

I love this place! The Starbucks at Willowbrook is always busy and it takes forever to get your drink, so skip it and support this small business instead! They'll appreciate your business more than Starbucks. Great drinks ?

Like supporting smaller cafes rather then Starbucks. Nice to have a properly made latte when I visit the mall. Try it out!

Best Coffee around. Worth the extra walk to get it. Forget the well-known brands near the entrance and head down to Willow Way in Willowbrook Mall. You won't regret it. Best coffee in the mall,
