Usually when I order spicy, crispy thighs I have to wait for them to make then, which I don't mind. The last three times I went in for that they brought it out instantly. Each time the quaility was not up to snuff and I didn't feel well after eating it. I complained to the owner and was told they only hold the chicken in the warmer for up to an hour. I would rather wait and have it fresh and consistant as opposed to quick and not great quality. I'm not sure...
