Went there today to get a $11 protein smoothie which had chunks of fruit that wasn’t even blended properly. The shop was completely empty so can’t even justify that it was busy.

I went here for the first time and will definitely be back. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I thoroughly enjoyed my drink. Yes, the drinks are pricey but consider what you are drinking and the health benefits.

Your hours state you open at 9AM. However, several times I've been here at 9AM to find it closed or an employee opening late. Just this morning, I arrived a few minutes before this store was suppose to open. I witnessed what appeared to be an employee unlock and enter the store but shortly after exited the store and locked the doors behind her. She began to walk away.. I'm assuming to get herself a coffee??? It was 9:05 when I drove off, nobody was in the store, lights off. Maybe manage your time better or change your hours.

I give service one star onky because I feel they should be open later during the week. I’d take Wednesday to Friday even.
Used to be so good, but not the smoothies just taste watered down and gross. Tried the new mango lemonade and it tasted like fake flavouring. Staff was unfriendly and rude.

Use to come here often and won’t be coming back after my visit today. Worker clearly had no customer service training, had her head phones in and talking to someone on the phone when she opened the window and just stuck the machine out, no hello or anything. Wanted to scan my points app and she looked very confused when I asked her to scan it first, checked later and never got any points as she scanned it after I paid. Wasn’t even an enjoyable smoothie like it use to be.
