Jugo Juice

I visited Jugo Juice on September 22 around 6:45 PM and ordered a taro milk tea. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The drink had no vanilla syrup in it, so it tasted like water with no flavour. When I asked, the staff member said they don’t add vanilla syrup and that’s how it comes, but the website lists vanilla syrup as part of the ingredients.

On top of that, the customer service was not good. The staff member was not welcoming and did not provide a positive experience. I believe the owners or manager should look into this and provide better training on both drink preparation and customer interaction.

Consistency and good service are important, and I hope this location improves.

Taste too watery for me.

I visited this Jugo Juice at Willowbrook Shopping Centre (19705 Fraser Hwy K8, Langley, BC) on August 30, 2025 around 11:05 AM. I ordered a Pink Oasis smoothie bowl, but while preparing my food, the staff member was holding her cell phone and talking on the phone for an extended period without wearing a mask.

When I pointed out that this was unsafe and unhygienic, she excused it by saying she was calling her manager. Regardless of who she was calling, using a phone while directly handling food is against basic food safety standards and increases the risk of contamination.

This left me feeling very uncomfortable about the cleanliness of the food. Food safety and hygiene should always come first, and I hope management takes this seriously and retrains staff to follow proper health regulations.

If u want healthy pure juice it's gonna cost you to be healthy $13.60 for just 1 orange juice. This countries falling apart ! Or your other option is to be slowly poisoned by DOLE & other companies brands with yellow dyes etc.

My husband and I always enjoy coming to this location-Happy to give a review for this store-I love coming to this store to get our drinks!! Manpreet Kaur that works Tuesday-Saturday, she has such a positive attitude and she is always smiling!!!! and looks like she loves what she does there. Pls give this lady a raise and good benefits if you don't already have it. Keep up the good work :)

This Jugo Juice location is not up to the standards of others. I have been here a few times and each time I have been disappointed with the smoothie. Their smoothies are consistently chunky and watery. The service is ok with employees that are not enthusiastic but have a decent attitude. I would probably not be back to this specific location.

Such a nice experience!!! I will definitely recommend everyone visit here, their customer service is awesome. The server name Manreet Kaur is very good and friendly with every customer. She managed everything very sincerely and fastly as I saw when I visited there was a huge rush but she handled it quickly as well as with a great customer service.
