We stumbled across this little shop one rainy day. Upon walking in we were greeted warmly, sat and given menus and time to decide. The lady working was SO kind and funny. As we were sat a few regulars came in which you could tell she had forged really nice relationships with. She was joking with them and being so polite. It really helped to make the atmosphere of the place feel so welcoming and homey. Now onto the food, absolutely incredible! The burger was very tasty and was served with crinkle cut fries, I got the breakfast with sausage and bacon, it came with toast and shredded hashbrowns, i got gravy on the side and it did NOT disappoint! Such a yummy breakfast and we will absolutely be back! Highly recommend to anyone in and around the Langley area!

managing to have 4.5 google review for Katy's hospitality, but food is quite horrible. How can fries be YUK? Worst fries I've tasted in years and the deluxe burger for $22 is a RIP OFF for this quality. You rather go to Cactus Club happy hour and eat. Burger wasn't impressive at any aspect at all, TASTE NOT GOOD

Katy's Restaurant is a real find. The food was so-o-o good! Perfectly cooked and they make their own bread which is delicious! If you want good food and a memorable experience, go to Katy's. Katy is so lovely, full of life, friendly and welcoming. Did I mention the food is cooked perfectly and delicious through and through. I had the Ham and Cheese omelet with pan fried potatoes and sour dough toast. Mmmm! Trust me, you gotta go!

The food is good and the prices are fair, but the best thing about Katy's Restaurant is Katy and the atmosphere she creates. It seems to be a gathering place for locals, and even thought it was my first time there, I was made to feel welcome and part of the group. I was included in the casual banter that was going on, and it was truly enjoyable. Katy told me she's closed on Mondays, so I guess I'll have to wait until next Tuesday before I return. I had a cheeseburger with a side salad, and it turns out that the lettuce was fresh from Katy's own garden. You won't get that at any of the franchise burger joints.

Excellent burgers here...taste homemade with a brioche bun...very tasty
The burger I ate will visit me in my dreams for the rest of my life. Pillowy golden bun, melted cheese, grilled onions, crispy lettuce - layered atop a tender, meaty, and juicy, burger patty - perfectly balanced. If you’ve never tried one, I would certainly recommend it.

What a surprise! A little 20'x40' hole in the side of a little strip mall most people just drive by... Katy greets you with the most cheerful and welcoming tone, service is usually quick and the food is very fresh, perfectly prepared and simply delicious. Known for her breakfasts and lunches, it may not wow you with the decor (minimalist with a few stuffed animals throughout) but it's a great little place for a homemade meal with family or friends. Lots of food choices with it's simple menu provides dishes everyone should know and love... Good portions, average price ranges, all-in-all a good value for the dollar.I will be adding this place for a regular breakfast and lunch visit each and every month...

Katy's is awesome, the service, the meals, are great.Prices are a little high, so unfortunately I can't afford to eat there because of that reason.Unfortunately, if we as a community can't afford to eat there, then as a small business owner can't afford to stay here.In the end we all feel the loss.
