Thei attitude of the employe was unprofessional and they seemed uninterested in helping customers. Instead of listening carefully to my concern, they were dismissive and impatient, which made the interaction frustrating. On top of that, they appeared distracted and rushed, giving the impression that customer service was not a priority. I expect better professionalism and respect when dealing with staff, and unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impressio

honestly expected better from this store, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. The chicken was greasy and soggy instead of crispy, and it tasted like it had been sitting out for too long. The fries were cold and stale, and the portion size was much smaller than what I paid for.
On top of that, the service was slow and unorganized. The staff didn’t seem interested in helping customers, and my order was even missing an item. The restaurant itself didn’t feel clean, and the tables were sticky.
For the price I paid, I could have gone somewhere else and had a much fresher and better meal. Definitely not worth it, and I won’t be coming back anytime soon.
Long waits for drive thru orders, I was told to park and wait with almost no customers around nearly 15-20 minutes

Junk... came here on September 20th food was burnt.
At 8:30pm Employees did not want to make chicken even though they closed at 11pm. When they gave me my order, after back and forth, the chicken was over done and dry.
Staff has been usually nice. But the chicken is always soggy and excessively salty. Been here 5 times and 4 out of 5 times, it’s been excess seasoning/ salty. Will switch back to Popeyes maybe when we crave for fried chicken.

We just ordered a 14pc family meal from the Walnut Grove location on 88th ave. The bucket of chicken consisted of 7 legs and 7 thighs. Lately there has been barely any white meat but tonight there was ZERO. Not worth the money. There is an option for additional white meat for a up charge but our family prefers a mix of both.
Soggy undercooked skin. Sorry KFC. We will not be ordering your food anymore and I will tell EVERY PERSON I know to just make your own meals rather than waste $70 on KFC.

Not sure how this location is still open, we thought they would improve after the renovations. However the staff are extremely rude, and do not know how to count. When we ordered an 8 piece we only received 6, when we went back we were told that we were wrong. Even though their staff cant count. We will never got back to this location. Unfriendly staff, inaccurate order, minus stars if I could. The neighborhood should not support this restaurant anymore, because there are great Korean fried chicken spots and Popeye's right around the corner

All the deals are on the app now, and this location has taken their restaurant off the app. Looks like no more KFC for us.
