The chicken skin was soggy the fries were ice cold and soggy, the gravy had zero taste, cost 85$ could say no to a tip on the machine, took over over 35 mins and was the worst food I’ve ever had , customers service was awful!

This location needs good employees.All the people working here are non serious and are busy in themselves. They only talk to each other and customers keep on waiting. They do not have any coordination between each other. They need a good manager who can make these lazy people focus on work.

Horrible experiences twice, I went in and stood there for almost 10 minutes before walking out.. rude people and last time they had no chicken ready at all and this was at 6:30 pm dinner time!
Lots of other places open with better service and better food, shame on you KFC
