My friend ordered a Big Crunch combo from kfc and it took a ridiculously long time to be ready, around 15 minutes which is absolutely unacceptable. And I was also just informed that they put the wrong sauce on it.

I have always enjoyed kentucky fried chicken 3 piece, including the one at willow brook mall. This is the first time I got a piece of chicken frozen inside by the bone. Which was today. it was fried on the outside, frozen on the inside.

Don't order from them using skip i spent 100 dollars for a family meal and they told my driver to leave when he told them the burger and fries wasn't right. When I called and explained my food was sitting right there I asked if we could come get it we paid for it and they hung up on me. All I wanted was the food I paid for and following that now they aren't answering the phone. Disgusting business
