I have always enjoyed kentucky fried chicken 3 piece, including the one at willow brook mall. This is the first time I got a piece of chicken frozen inside by the bone. Which was today. it was fried on the outside, frozen on the inside.

Don't order from them using skip i spent 100 dollars for a family meal and they told my driver to leave when he told them the burger and fries wasn't right. When I called and explained my food was sitting right there I asked if we could come get it we paid for it and they hung up on me. All I wanted was the food I paid for and following that now they aren't answering the phone. Disgusting business

The taste is okay. But they gotta figure out why the oil is oozing from their fried chicken. This cup is for $7 which includes small fries and 2 wings.... which is Expensive than many other places that I know which have better tasting chicken with way less oil

They Re- fry old chicken and give it to customers. Never fresh, either too oily or too dry. I work in the mall and every time Ive got anything from there its not fresh and always tastes bad.
