I had an amazing experience at the KFC in Langley thanks to one of the staff members. She was extremely friendly, polite, and professional from the moment I placed my order. Her name is Prabhjot .She greeted me with a warm smile, listened carefully, and made sure my order was correct.

Even though the restaurant was busy, she stayed calm, patient, and very efficient. My food was served fresh, hot, and on time. Her positive attitude and great customer service...

I have always enjoyed kentucky fried chicken 3 piece, including the one at willow brook mall. This is the first time I got a piece of chicken frozen inside by the bone. Which was today. it was fried on the outside, frozen on the inside.
