I get home. I see there is no gravy in the bag. I go back with the fries because the fries are now old and tell her there’s no gravy and she told me you pick macaroni salad. I said no , I told u gravy and asked if it came with two sides.
The lady did not apologize and Did not even acknowledge me when handing my order back to me when she went to get it absolutely rude and terrible customer service and you guys wanna tip absolutely not.

Ordered from this location thru DoorDash. Ordered 6pc with 2 sides also added an individual macaroni salad. When the order arrived, salad was missing. Chicken and fries tasted stale and old. Also wasn’t hot at all. Gravy was very watered down and had no taste. I tried to call the store, but there was no answer. Will never order from this location again.

Went there for 10 piece feast was told no chicken. Guest the guy was on training Ended up getting 2 crunch combos so dried out no mayo no lettuce just bun and chicken. Beef taco suprema just a little beef and cheese 47.00 dollars was the total of the bill. I called the manager, and all they replaced was the crunch combos. Been going there for many years, never had this problem. But they lost a customer. I will not be going back. Or to any kfc for that. If I'm paying just about 50.00 dollars for dinner, I want my money worth. This was acceptable

I would give negative stars if possible. I ordered food online for pick up. I was standing in front and can see my food was ready and kept aside. People inside show off how busy they are while ignoring customers. I asked for food several times to know that food was ready but kept aside. Also I ordered 2 dips in my order which I didn’t found in my bag. While serving they didn’t bother to ask me if I need any ketchup or extra dip or to check if order they prepared was correct. Pathetic KFC

Ordered online 20mins before arriving, on the website they said the food was ready. Went in to pick it up to then be told it would be another 15mins.....ended up waiting an additional 20mins (55mins from the time it was ordered 35mins from the time they said it was ready for pick up).
While waiting 3 other orders were brought back because they were wrong and only 2 other orders were served in store.
Our order was also wrong but we were told it would take another 20mins to fix, so we just left.
PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION ITS NOT WORTH IT!

Where do I even start with this place, omg! As soon as I entered this establishment if you want to call it that I noticed 2 big lineups with no cashier in site at all. Also a group of teens just standing in the way not letting anyone else through or order to mention. After finally waiting about 15min I was able to place an order alongside like 3 other individuals who were waiting for thier order pickups and too order just like me because people were getting restless. After ordering she got my order ready which was just some chicken pieces and fries and she was so rude and did not even say goodbye or have a good day! Now on too the food I don't even know what I paid for or what they served me but I asked for 2 pieces of KFC chicken and fries and I got 2 pieces of old not fresh chicken and soggy fries. The chicken did not and I repeat did not even taste like KFC. Definitely they are using other ingredients and watering down the batter mix or something because there was hardly any batter or crispyness to the chicken whatsoever and it tasted like it had some indian spice in it and we all know the recipe does not have indian spices in it. They need to be investigated as soon as possible this is not acceptable and a disgrace and very unhealthy and unsanitary. Where is the health inspection on this they need to be shut down. Bad service and bad quality kfc products and mismanagement!
