Festive wrap? The wrap was hard and crusty. No stuffing and all mayo and cranberry sauce.
There was also two homeless people sleeping in the booths and garbage everywhere. For a location that was just renovated, it was pretty dirty.
Went there yesterday. Dont bother going if you want Taco Bell. It no longer seems available?? I believe this location has what they call been de-franchised?? Happened in Aldergrove location several years ago. And yet they still have Taco Bell signs on outside of the building. I believe they are doing this because they are desperate for customers? The place was empty. Wish I was a lawyer I would be slapping the owner with a false advertising lawsuit. Hoping Taco Bell will force them to remove signs if that part of the place is not returning??

Whatever you do at this location, don't trust the drive thru staff. I was craving the festive sandwich as it's only seasonal and the fried chicken is perfect with the cranberry sauce and stuffing.
Last year I had a bad experience where I ordered the sandwich for home and found no stuffing inside at all.
Having been a year I was willing to give them another chance. I was fooling to do so.
I knew better to check my food before leaving the parking lot and sure enough for two years in a row: no stuffing.
So when I went back into ask the staff why there was none they said because they didn't have any and it would be 15 minutes until it was ready.
Relevant information that should be given to someone as they're placing their order so they can decide accordingly.
Not omit that the item you ordered is missing a critical component and pretend like it doesn't matter. It's duplicitous and unprofessional.
Never going back to this location again.

The resteraunt is filthy. Its a mess at every table and garbage everywhere. tables and chairs all over the place. The staff is all behind the counter talking and cracking jokes in punjabi. While taking my order the girl turned around to give her 2 cents on the topic they were talking about in the back. My order was made incorrectly. After i waited 6 minutes i hear them say they need to drop chicken in the fryer because they forgot my order. Keep in mind this is at 10pm on a sunday and im the only one in the resteraunt. Overalll this place is garbage and needs better staff.

Repeatedly asked lady for extra cheese, paid for it, lady said she added layers of cheese at bottom, came home to find no cheese at bottom or top. Always lying with customers. Extremely disappointing experience.
