I was just there today, and was very disappointed that the young man would not take my cash. I asked why I couldn’t pay in cash, and he told me that it was the policy of the management. I told him that cash is legal tender, and cannot be refused. He apologized but wouldn’t take my cash. I told him that I disagreed with the managements policy and I would not be buying anything there. Very wrong! Cash is legal tender and cannot be refused. Won’t be coming here again.

Showed up in the late afternoon, so I missed out on all their jelly filled donuts, except for the Bavarian, but still purchases a 1/2 dozen and they were just like the donuts from their Granville island location. The service was friendly and she packed the donuts nicely since the ones with the fancy icing/toppings was still in tact when we got home. We love Lee's donuts, so if you're by any of their locations, make sure you grab a donut or 12!

We need more people like Shamus in the service industry. He’s the man! Made sure there was Mango filled donuts for next day as promised. Also their honey dips are ridiculously delicious 🤌 and easy to eat. Timmy’s donuts ain’t got nothing on Lee’s donuts.

Always been one of my favorite donuts, but recently I had an exceptional experience at this location. I called in the afternoon the day before I wanted to pick up a semi large order. I decided last minute to visit some clients in the area and wanted to drop off donuts. The person that answered the phone was friendly, and confidently told me the order would be ready for me to pick up the next morning. When I got there the next morning it was packed and ready. Great way to show some appreciation to my clients. Nothing wrong with paying for good quality, and I have paid much more for worse donuts. And the donuts here seem just as good as any of the other locations. Thanks.

Meh...donuts are okay....mediocre at best. $35 for 12? Wow. The presentation at this location leaves alot to be desired. Get some racks & display the product in an exciting way.
Make the Mango creme filled donuts EVERY DAY...like the rest of your flavors really annoying that you don't it's a great donut EVERY time I come to your store it's not made or available !!!!!!!!¡¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The donut I got today was bitter as if it was made in rancid oil ... Extremely unhealthy ... For a donut shop they must do better
