While not fair to compare to their original Granville Island location, I can never find their cycle when their original infamous glazed donuts come out!

Just melts in your mouth, so delicately made so perfect when they're moist and warm.

But at these prices, I totally get it with food costs, but almost $4 for one donut?!

Located at the nicer, renovated part of the mall.

Unfortunately I was super disappointed by these donuts. I thought they'd be good since they're different from the typical tims, but I got a box of 6 and didn't like any of them. They feel very heavy / oily, and the flavours are mostly muted. It was also super expensive for only 6 donuts

Honestly, over priced, and always out of everything. Selection is so bad. For how much they want, should have product on the shelf. Always 3/4 empty. Won’t be back.

my donuts were extremely undercooked and had raw dough in the middle probably would recommend checking before eating

They don’t accept cash, which is dystopian. Imagine a business that will not take your cash

$3.75 for a honey glazed donut. Not worth the price. It's a good donut for $2.75 but not at $3.75 they want for a basic honey glazed. I guess rent and overhead is expensive at this mall. There's cheaper and just as good option elsewhere.

This man has his fingers shoved in his ears, doing a deep dive pick, maybe exploring? Walking around behind the counter. Touching trays of food and not washing his hands. We were going to buy donuts. No thanks.

Absolutely disgusting

There are many doughnut varieties, and I’ve tried almost all of them. It’s pretty enjoyable with all they offer, and they taste great.

Staff were nice and patient. The store is inside the mall. Sitting area available in front of the store. Starbucks just few step away, inside the mall as well, if you'd like to have a drink with your doughnuts!

Probably a decent donut place, but they only accept card and no cash. You should have an option to pay how you’d like. She said it was a health hazard. It’s weird though since every other food place takes both and they can do it no problem. Also, just an idea, maybe just change your gloves when you’re done dealing customers who like to pay in cash before you handle more donuts? It’s also cheaper for you as a business to take cash with no transaction fees, as cash is still the best.

I was just there today, and was very disappointed that the young man would not take my cash. I asked why I couldn’t pay in cash, and he told me that it was the policy of the management. I told him that cash is legal tender, and cannot be refused. He apologized but wouldn’t take my cash. I told him that I disagreed with the managements policy and I would not be buying anything there. Very wrong! Cash is legal tender and cannot be refused. Won’t be coming here again.

Showed up in the late afternoon, so I missed out on all their jelly filled donuts, except for the Bavarian, but still purchases a 1/2 dozen and they were just like the donuts from their Granville island location. The service was friendly and she packed the donuts nicely since the ones with the fancy icing/toppings was still in tact when we got home.
We love Lee's donuts, so if you're by any of their locations, make sure you grab a donut or 12!
