The establishment is very nice, but didn’t get a warm feeling when I walked in. What I ordered was 3 sandwiches the Honey Mustard Ham, Grilled B.L.T.C and the Turkey Cranberry as a wrap, 3 baked good and there was not many choices for bread options either. There were NO sides that came with sandwich or the wrap. I did ask if there were any little side that came with it and the response was rude with a hard no. Honestly even if was just a little pile of plain chips or just a small amount of pasta salad would have been nice to go with my sandwich. I think the prices are well over priced for a sandwich/bakery place. I have been to many other bakery/sandwich places and I have always received with my sandwich, 1 or 2 small sides. I also found that there wasn’t really anything special about their sandwiches, they were ok. I will never go back the Lemon Bakery. The reason why I went to Lemon Bakery is because I wanted to try a new sandwich place.

I want to rate higher but it was just underwhelming. Not a ton of selection mind you I was there less than an hour before they closed. The menu boards had a ton of writing which was convuluted. There were almost too many options for sandwiches. Pictures would go a long way as generally...people are visually inspired. As for cakes...a book or a board would be lovely so a customer can see what's available. The cake & breakfast menu was off to the side and not readily available. The younger woman seemed irritated and wasn't friendly.
On the upside it had a simple & modern feel, lots of seating, very clean and an available washroom.
**I felt bad for the owner as there is an incredible amount of construction right in front of their business and one of their parking lots is closed due to construction.

Bunch of miserable people working here giving one word answers. Learn the art of communication and talking to customers before you open a business. It’s basic knowledge

I just had the best High Tea ever at Lemon Bakery. Instead of buying Christmas Gifts I bought a few High Teas for some friends. I also bought the cookies and squares so no baking for me this Christmas. 🎄 Cheers!

I come here almost every day, and love it. They have a wide selection of delicious baked goods and very well made coffees to choose from. I love their sandwiches, and wraps but I wish they offered more sides like fries, onion rings, poutine.
Their customer service is great, and they're always very kind/helpful.
The establishment is always clean, and the bathroom is great.

They serve the type of sandwiches that come with actual meat shredded up, rather than thinly sliced deli meats, and the portions are amazing. Soft, fresh bread. Soup was delicious. Feel like I need to try everything on the menu now. It’s nice when things are done properly.

Customer service wasn’t great, and the baked goods were just okay , nothing special. It’s an average spot overall.

Rude staff, at least the 1st time there. Had a car service so I came in for a coffee and a treat while I wait. Wasn’t friendly and wasn’t too much to pick from as it was getting close to close. Also no wifi (thats what she told me at least), no thanks you etc. Got a tea and 1 cookie, both were good but nothing to blow the roof off. Ended up waiting outside for my car instead. If you don’t like customer service, don’t work in it.
