I didn't speak with them directly, but they were very kind to my mom as she was ordering the cake! She sent them the reference photo (first pic) and the second one was what we got (asked for “20” instead of happy bday)
the design was okay, the 20 was crooked so i ended up scraping it off. was pretty disappointed bc it was $78… the cake tasted a bit dry to me as well. but, i would love to come by and check out the cafe in person sometime! maybe i’ll like the sweets more there.
I've frequently visited this cafe as the cafe is local. The service has been sub par at most. I was hoping that my experience regarding their customer service would improve, unfortunately not. I've come into the cafe when there is 2-3 people in line, always takes 10-15mins to receive a simple drip coffee. There have been a half a dozen times where the coffee was out and I had to wait. I've been charged for Americanos instead of drip coffee at an extra $1 charge. On top of that they charge for oat milk. The staff are rarely smiling and always look stressed out and overwhelmed behind the counter. I don't think I will be visiting again anytime soon.

What a cute cafe.. their matcha with almond milk was amazing not too strong not too light but perfect that hits the spot.
Dark cafe mocha again with almond milk was so good. But the highlight of the visit was their bakery section, so many options to choose from, each one looking better than the last. Just went with blueberry yogurt pastry, omg it did not disappoint perfectly balanced flavour.
Definitely going back to try more coffees and cakes.

Simply amazing. Great atmosphere, super tasty desserts, and excellent service. This is so a great place for a toddler. They had a baby chair and a diaper changer. Totally recommended.
