Cheap, fast fashion pieces for an absurd price. Zero transparency on their website of where their LWH products come from. I paid over $100 for a LWH shacket and then found the exact shacket on Shein for about $10. Much better off supporting the other local, ethical shops in Fort Langley.
We were very disappointed with our high tea experience at Little white house past weekend. The setting was lovely, but the service and attitude of the staff, especially the manager, completely ruined the experience.
Felt like we were completely robbed of our experience which was meant to be pleasant.
After being seated, we were enjoying our time. We still had the tier full of snacks, we were told by the server , you only have 15 minutes to finish — which was shocking and confusing considering high tea is meant to be a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Her reminder made us feel super uncomfortable, felt like she just commanded and rushed a toddler to finish the food.We were rushed to finish the food. We couldn’t even enjoy the tea , an experience that cost us $60 . Felt like we paid the price to be disrespected . Never ever had such disappointing experience with high tea ever before. We have been to this business previously but for last 3-4 months the experience is just going downhill.
The boutique is gorgeous and we always enjoyed their Christmas setup. So as we were leaving we decided to take few pictures. As we were taking photos, the manager approached us and addressed us in belittling tone saying,” this is my business you can’t put your stuff on my furniture set up “. And clearly there was only a cell phone placed by my friend on a table as she was posing for a solo picture. Her comment just left us feeling disrespected and confused.
For the price and reputation of this place, we expected much better hospitality and respect for guests. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism and poor customer service left us feeling rushed and unwelcomed. We took this new friend out with us for her to experience this place as she was looking for a warm cozy place for her son’s birthday in January. She was surprised and disappointed at how overrated this place is. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves how guests are treated in the future.
This was such a great high tea place I would definitely recommend, I do wish they had a little more options for tea but other than that it was really good! The service was amazing and our server was so sweet.
Such a cute shop, had an issue with a piece of clothing and Brenda helped me out, what a great hire. She’s so compassionate
Ambiance is good. Not ideal as paid parking though.
We celebrated my sister’s surprise 50th birthday with high tea at noon, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The setting was elegant and charming, creating the feeling of stepping back in time. The food was both plentiful and delicious, and our server, Yashuko, truly elevated the experience. She described each tier of delicacies with such care and enthusiasm, which added a thoughtful touch to the afternoon. It was a memorable celebration, and we look forward to returning. An added bonus—convenient, complimentary parking right in front.
The experience was very disappointing. The tea was lukewarm and we weren’t even given a choice of different types of tea. There was jam and cream cheese for the one tiny scone per person I only had one dessert because it wasn’t very tasty. My daughter had gluten free and there was such a small amount I couldn’t believe they would serve such a small portion for $50 plus dollars. Really disappointing especially considering the high cost.
What a unique and charming concept! Part tea room, part retail clothing and antiques store, and a glimpse of how a family home in the 1800's, would have been lived in. A must visit when exploring Fort Langley!
Strange experience in that my friend, visiting from Spain, noticed a T-shirt (exactly as one she owns from a brand in France). However, this store had removed the original label and sewn in their own as if it were produced by Little White House. The shirt in question at the store is red with ‘Dance Club’ in white letters across the front. I’ve not experienced a boutique removing original labels to sew in their own before. Noting this as a dishonest practice, it was immediately off putting and we left.
Little White House & Co is truly one of the most charming hidden gems in Fort Langley. The moment you step inside, it feels like stepping back in time to a romantic vintage house filled with elegant décor, soft lighting, and cozy details that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Their café offers a wonderful selection of coffees, teas, and beautifully presented pastries that taste as good as they look, and the outdoor garden is perfect on sunny days for relaxing with friends or enjoying a quiet moment with a book. The staff are generally friendly and attentive, and you can tell they put effort into making each visit special. Since it’s such a popular spot, it can get quite busy during peak hours, which means wait times for seating or service can be longer than expected. The boutique is filled with gorgeous vintage-style items, and honestly, there were so many things I would have loved to buy—but my budget didn’t quite allow it 😁😁. Overall, it’s a must-visit destination for anyone who appreciates charm, history, and a unique café experience.

I love love love this store! All their items are gorgeous and the concept of a historical home that sells furniture, vintage decore, feminine clothing, and high tea is like a dream come true for girly girls like me. Their high tea was yummy, their signature tea I think they said was an earl grey was amazing! They told us we could ask for more sandwhiches/ treats (I’m not sure if this was free as I was too full to ask for more, but I love that they offered this) 💕 Cannot wait to come back
Very nice and gorgeous place with welcoming staff 👌🏼
I had a FABULOUS experience here! The team was so nice, they allowed me to have my tea at my own rhythm and knew exactly when to come back to ask if my tea kettle needed a refill. The vibes are very cottagecore, and the food was great! It was a pretty decent offering for 1 person, I left quite full and didn’t finish it all. Most importantly, the Devonshire cream was actually Devonshire cream, not cream cheese or whipped cream. Would recommend anytime!
It was really lovely to finally make it there it was to celebrate a friends birthday ! And it was in fort langley so that was perfect reminded me of the eighties some vintage stores
Very cute decor and interior but not a wide selection of tea/food included with high tea compared to other popular spots. Time slots are also pretty short. Would recommend going on a weekday to get the small high tea instead.
