Food is good. But horrible customer service, upcharges online WITHOUT telling you! Going through their website and there is no mention of an uncharted but it's more than in the restaurant. Will not be returning.

Best authentic Vietnam food I've found in Langley.

This dish was incredibly flavorful! The crispy, golden coating had a deliciously spicy kick, and the tender pieces of chicken were perfectly cooked. The fresh shredded veggies on the side added a nice balance. Overall, a satisfying and well-seasoned dish—highly recommended

Came there to get their Lemongrass Beef Stir fried on vermicelli add on 1 spring roll. Best food I’ve ever had. Tried their new dessert, it was so good, I can’t find any taste like that at other stores. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Thank you for the best experience. Will come back

A local gem. Great pho and other options as well. My wife loves their veggie broth, says it's the best around and we've tried quite a few places. Their salad rolls are delicious as well. Great people and great food!

The chicken wings at Mai’s are absolutely addictive! Crispy on the outside, juicy and full of flavor on the inside. The seasoning is perfect — savory, slightly sweet, and incredibly aromatic. You can taste the freshness in every bite. This is the kind of dish you order once and immediately want more. A must-try at Mai’s Vietnamese Restaurant!

I ordered on door dash usually lovely my plate had no salad just some chopped cucumbers tons of onions and a bit of red cabbage. The steak was horrendous… so disappointed used to be one of my favourites… will never order again

Fast service with very friendly staff, definitely worth stopping in.

We come to Mai’s on a regular basis. The food is great and the staff are warm and friendly.

The soups are authentic and I practically lick the bowl clean every time. Especially after adding their chili oil and pickled garlic.

The mango sticky rice or the fried banana with ice cream are a great way to finish a meal.

Conveniently located on the main road, 88th, going through Walnut Grove.
I highly recommend it. Can’t wait for our next meal there.
