I ordered house pho and spring rolls and they were really good. Their spring rolls were perfectly fried and chewy and crunchy. The pho noodles were on point. Staff were friendly to our kids as well. They let my kids use drawing pads and provided kids' plates and cutlery.

Ordered through Door Dash. Got a vermicelli dish with BBQ pork and vegetable spring rolls. The vermicelli dish tasted of oil. Further, everything in the dish tasted of gas grill smoke - as if the food was cooked on a gas grill that was smoking. I had my partner try it, and he agreed. Overall, highly disappointing. I’ve ordered the same dish countless times at other Vietnamese restaurants and this was never the case. For $27.50, I expected this to be the best Vietnamese ever. The other dishes - the Vietnamese curry and salad rolls were alright. However, mine was completely inedible. Save yourself the $27.50 and get the same dish at another Vietnamese restaurant for cheaper - and hopefully without the gas taste.

So sad. My once go to Vietnamese restaurant was sold and the ingredients have changed with lots of MSG now incorporated. What a pity.

The first impression was good. Very clean, organized and easy parking.
While waiting for foods I was concerned a server carrying a big and hot bowl of pho with both hands, no plate or tray. At the third time I saw it the server fell and dropped the bowl of pho on the floor. The soup was splashed everywhere and my shoes, socks and pants, and my son’s T-shirts & pants got wet. It was splashed on our foods as well.
Of course, their safety was the most important. We hadn’t complained, just checking all the safeties. However, the server kept working with no break/ care and I haven’t heard any apologies from the management. I just paid with no tip and walked away.

Ordered this on DoorDash, it was quite expensive already. $50 for two items. When it came, the soup was already spelling over from poor packaging. The vegetarian Pad Thai was dry, clumped together, and was way too sour with no other flavor. The BBH was too salty, beef balls were small and dry. The Vietnamese iced coffee was made from instant coffee. Overall would never come back.

My lady and I stopped in on our way back from a long road trip. The moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with smiles and happiness. The atmosphere felt great immediately. Then the food came! Having dined at several Vietnamese restaurants I highly, highly recommend going to Mai’s! The food was fabulous, fresh and incredibly tasty! The service, top notch!
You will not be disappointed! Don’t forget to have a mango coconut rice, dessert! OMG. It will melt in your mouth and fuel your soul! We will definitely return every single time we are in Langley.
