I had a great experience ordering 2 custom ice cream cakes (one was a custom photo cake). The service was friendly, and they confirmed my order by both phone and email. But most importantly, they turned out delicious with all the mixins, and the personalized photo on the cake was perfect! We will definitely order again in future at this location.

I’m fairly a regular customer at this location. I order both in store and online frequently. I went today at 8.30pm and requested double dark chocolate for 1L customized with mixins. Visibly there was only less than a scoop left in the container. I requested the employee working at the shift if they can get me more from back. I was coldly replied “it’s too frozen right now, come back tomorrow”. I requested her if I can come before the store closes (before 10pm) she said to me “I’m not sure, I’m alone in store and I’m busy”. I don’t understand how much time it takes to just get the container out from back freezer? This similar incident has happened to me 2-3 times before with the same employee so wanted to report it this time. Double dark chocolate is fairly popular flavor and should have been restocked in timely manner. More so I was quite disappointed in their response. I expected better customer experience from Marble Slab Cremary. I understand that staff can be busy, but customer requests should still be handled professionally and respectfully. I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed and improved going forward.

I've been to this place twice and I don't know why every time this place is under staffed. They have just one server who showed alot of attitude. Also the place is a mess not at all clean, even their washroom was out of service for customers. Their ice-cream is fine not anything to crave about. You can totally skip this place.

We spent about $100 here and the ice cream itself was amazing, but the customer service was honestly disappointing. The staff had zero customer service skills — it felt like we had to beg just to get a simple smile. One of the girls even touched the cone with no gloves on. We didn’t say anything at the moment because we didn’t want to make it a big deal, but it was definitely not okay for a food place. The product is good, but the experience and service really needs improvement.

I’m a regular customer and I’m usually there with my girls. I went there about 45 min ago, and the young lady working there, who has served us before, was serving a huge youth crowd ( approximately 13 kids.) When it came to my turn, she apologized many times for the wait. With the amount of people she served , her patience and customer service is AMAZING, least I can say. On a side note, management should have more staff as I saw one lady walk out because of the short staff.

The young pretty Indian girl who always works here is so kind, gives big portions. Also I recommend the maple vanilla latte. It's soooo good, that and the strawberry, chocolate or mango.

They have a kids scoop rule for kids only, wasn’t the case until recently. My niece was in the car and I had to get her ice cream and they still refused it. They said I have to show them the kid to get the scoop….such complete nonsense for a kids scoop. No other place or franchise does this.
