I went today, I asked for a kids scoop cause I didnāt want to have too much, I have ordered this Size of ice cream multiple times, however this time the girl behind the counter Amanjot said I can not order that size It is only for children. I donāt argue but found it so rude. I told her itās fine just give me the small size and told her just put half the amount so I paid for a small for a child size. I found this so rude

Girl was super nice serving us but they were out of a lot of ingredients to make the suggested ice cream. Substituted ingredients were not the same! Also the staff wasnāt informative on what was on special and informing us before making our next order!!! Very disappointed and wonāt come back!

Iād like to extend a huge thank you to Erica and Manrose for going above and beyond! I stopped by here with a large group around 45 minutes before closing, and these two helped all of us with smiles on their faces. They were so courteous and kind. A few of us were a little overwhelmed and had a hard time deciding on which flavours to get, but they were patient and provided us with fantastic recommendations. The store is super clean, and they have plenty of options to choose from. I cannot thank Erica and Manrose enough for their incredible service. You guys rock! Will definitely stop by again!

Love me some Marble Slab. The staff here arenāt super friendly, but will listen when you ask for more of a topping. Iāve only been disappointed when my favourite flavour or cone isnāt available, but I am adaptable to other options and will always find something else I like. I really love the birthday cake flavour on its own and usually buy by the pint. But my go to order is coconut with bananas and pineapple and shredded coconut in the coconut cone! Of course itās a bit pricey, but no more than DQ, and itās fine when you just want a little treat. Staff definitely need some training in customer service to make the experience better though.
