Went with family, stayed for two minutes and immediately left. Not all flavours were tagged and when we asked a lady for information, another lady’s response was “wait and line up” in the most rude way. I came to the reviews to confirm if this was an isolated case but no. Plenty of reviews mentioning how rude the server is. Never coming back.

So many gluten free options, including cones! I couldn’t decide what I wanted and the helpful and friendly staff member behind the counter suggested a hojicha affogato ? so good! Will be back.

Hi, I am quite disappointed at how much I was charged for the gelato I bought yesterday. I am pretty much sure I ordered one scoop in a cup for $6.50 and my friend ordered the kid size in a cup which was $5.25. I didn't notice at the time but now I checked my Visa bill and I was charged $16.75. I can't say that I would recommend your place based on the lack of transparency in the pricing.

This place is AMAZING for allergy for gluten-free- I have celiac disease and they went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. They had a gluten-free cone for me and didn't use their regular scooper and grabbed a whole new one from the back area , came back and even separated the gelato for me so it was not scooped in the same areas as previous scoopers. I almost cried at how considerate of service this was. ?? I don't get such great service like this often so it really stood out ! Lovely staff and very great variety of flavors. Allergies are marked clearly on each flavor ! 15/10 service!
