While I’m a fan of the gelato here, the service has become impossible to ignore. This was my second visit where the staff was dismissive and outright rude, responding to basic questions as if we were speaking a different language. It’s clear she didn't want to be there, and frankly, I don't want to spend money where customers are treated like an inconvenience. I won’t be returning.

Horrible service, mediocre ice cream. We purchased ice cream and sat down with my 20 month old. She wasn’t allowed to have ice cream so we gave her “outside food” (I.e. salad roll) and the female employee came to tell us we are not allowed outside food. This policy for many restaurants are in place because they don’t want people to not purchase from their store but we did and this roll was for a toddler!
I am speechless at how harsh and inconsiderate the lady staff is. I would not come back.

My wife and I love this little gem - mid-range prices, considering how everything is raised for the Fort Langley Premium, you get a wide range of good flavours, plus some excellent vegan options, that my wife loves.
A nice way to have a light dessert when you’re at Fort Langley, without having to overdo it. Worth a short walk up Glover Road, too!
