Hygiene in the restaurant, restrooms, and play area need improvement. Play areas slide complex is sticky everywhere, air is stuffy Restroom has flooded urinal with urine and water on the floor Dining table is dirty and sticky, I need to clean it myself...
Told them my breakfast sandwich was cold, they literally took it, rewrapped it, and gave it back to me.

One of the WORST restaurants if you have to pull forward waiting for your food. I refuse to pull forward some days knowing they are going to take over 10 minutes for me waiting for my food in their stall. Pullforward should not be a thing as they forget their customers sitting and waiting for their food while the entirety of the drive through customers are handled prior to you getting your food prioritized.
