I don't understand why I have to go to the waiting area for 2 combos. And they are some of the most ordered I assume, big Mac & quarter meal. Can't be because I am getting fresh because my fries are luke warm. That means they never have enough food made to serve people. This is at 9:30 at night. Not 1 am where I may understand. Went from fast food to thanks for paying, can you go wait over there.

ordered a coffee from McDonald’s, but the experience was very disappointing. The staff rushed through the order, did not provide the complete order, and the service quality was very poor. The coffee also did not meet expectations. Overall, this was not a good experience, and customer service

Had to wait 5 mins just to get a fork, my drink was half filled. Kept forgetting the sauces, mainly the big nose with tied hair girl.
Made me wait for an egg McMuffin and cheese burger deluxe got the McMuffin freshly burnt to a crisp and an ice cold burger only had to wait 15 minutes for this crappy food

Ordered 2 salted caramel pie on evening nov 7 but received 2 apple pie instead (im mildly allergic to apples) Waste of money. Garbage.

The lady handling their calls is very rude I. I didn’t get a frie in my meal that I ordered so I called the McDonald’s the lady was mean and disrespectful and kept ending the phone

Absolute worst experience at a McDonald’s to date. Employees and manager were so rude. Waited 20 minutes for my FAST food. Ordered 2 things. Everyone behind me got food. Let’s also add it was a cheeseburger and fries…how do you not have that?
