This McDonald's is, without a doubt, the worst establishment I have ever visited. The staff is poorly trained, and the hygiene standards are appalling. There is a blatant disregard for cleanliness and food safety measures. It is unacceptable that they handle food with bare hands and do not wear gloves. This level of negligence is simply inexcusable.

Yesterday, I visited McDonald's (inside Walmart)and ordered a breakfast McMuffin, anticipating a quick and satisfying meal. Unfortunately, the sandwich I received was burnt.This experience was disappointing, and I hope McDonald's takes this feedback seriously to improve the quality .

Very disgusting, I ordered 20 chicken nuggets today, my child ate a few and gave me one and it was raw when I took a bite, the waiter actually said that a few of them were accidentally dropped in!!! So??? Knowing that a few of them were accidentally dropped in, did they still give them to customers? It's really disgusting! I will never go there again

This review is for store manager to look at. I went to order and they refused to make food just one burger meal. because they are closing in 40 minutes and they can not make food. April 22, 2025 at 10:20 pm. Store close at 11.

The manager tonight was serving people snack size McFlurrys when they paid for regular size because they were out of the regular size cups, then when another person complained they put them in a small size cup but only filled them not even a quarter of the way up. Terrible service and when the other guy said something the manager rolled his eyes because he knew he was in the wrong for giving the wrong size and he didn’t want anyone to notice.

Customer service was good but there were some pieces of cracked eggshell in my sausage egg mcmuffin and a small thin piece of plastic in my coffee. I do buy often from this location but first time encountering bits & unwanted pieces in my food :(
The nice Punjabi Person gave me a quick coffee and a fast smile, that's hard to do first thing in the morning! I appreciate the Hustle that (some employees take) i.e never had a bad experience with a Filipino or Punjabi employee at any business. They know the meaning of Hard work and customer service. P.s. everyone else is great . . Pss I'm a white guy so not bias or anything Just another person that's been in retail. P.s s.s Please don't be discouraged by negative reviews. Mistakes happen customer needs to be more forgiving IMO ?
I'm happy to keep coming back to the McDonald's at this Walmart.

I went to buy a sundae a couple of days ago. They missed my order and even removed my number from the screen. The staff member is probably new, he can't even make a proper sundae. This is not my first time here. I am very disappointed with their service, all the staff work very slowly and lousy customer service.
