I ordered through their self- order kiosk on a Friday a little after lunch. I ordered a wrap & 6 mini donuts & added medium fries at the counter. First. Good, friendly service - 5 stars. The kiosk printer has not been working for at least a week now (maybe longer or not. was not working when we were there a week ago). But that's okay. But, the wrap was not warm enough, and the donuts were so dry! It tasted/felt like it has been on the shelf for days! It was disappointing.

Took over 15 minutes to get our food while countless people who ordered after got their food. It wasn't anything crazy either two breakfast meals.

They also bumped our order off like it was done right away from the screen to make it look like it was done right away.

placed an order with Simar, but they gave me something completely different. Even after I confirmed the order, they told me I had to come back again to fix their mistake. It was a total waste of my time and very frustrating. This kind of service is unacceptable.

Let’s just take a minute to appreciate a young lad working here named Rickie. Best costumer service I’ve ever had at a fast feed place. Calls me sir and women ma’am is so absolutely friendly. Thanks for such a great visit Ricki!!!!

That handsome tall young man, I think his name is Baya (tall black male in his early 20s? About 6'3 or so?) is so polite. Very hard working snd excellent customer service. He made my children's day!

Workers so rude. Stopped accepting orders at 10:33 pm while still kiosks are running and timing is 11 pm

The manager gave me a dbl qp box instead of the monopoly mchicken box I was supposed to receive, didn't notice until after I arrived at work; I only made the stop for the game and checked on the app to make sure my items qualified.

Poorly managed at least, scamming stamps at worst. Not the first time McDonald's monopoly would be proven dishonest... This used to be fun.

The two boys working at the front counter at McDonalds in Langley Walmart are AMAZING! They are kind, engaging, they look the customers in the eyes. They are doing everything they can to make the customers happy!! I love it!

Double check all your orders before leaving. I asked for no cheese on a chicken mcmuffin, add an egg, and got no chicken, no cheese and only egg. 😩😩

I had a terrible experience here. The Uber orders before mine were properly sealed, but when it was my turn they refused to seal my package, leaving my food unsecured and at risk of spilling in the car. Even worse, I found a strand of hair in my potatoes – absolutely unacceptable and disgusting.

The blonde, long-haired female staff member looked exhausted and rude, clearly in need of a break. The young curly-haired male employee behaved with no sense of professionalism at all.

This place clearly has serious hygiene and management problems. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I have never encountered such a kind employee at McDonald’s before. Unfortunately, I did not catch his name, but the young white male staff was extremely friendly. When I accidentally spilled my drink and apologized, he smiled warmly, assured me it was no problem, cleaned it up quickly, and even offered me a fresh drink. Thanks to him, I was able to start my day on a cheerful note. The female indian staff member wearing glasses was also very kind.

This doesn't just Apply to this Mc Donald's but I personally think they should bring back plastic straws/spoons, other than that this location is Great
