I usually go during the night/graveyard shift through the drive thru and find the staff to be really nice. It's not as stressful if i need a second to decide if i haven't already. It is a bit seedy nearby but it's probably from it being the only thing open 24 hours aside from a couple other places there. Sprite is always crispy. Fries always hot and salty. Nuggets almost always perfect, I have gotten a couple dry ones but that's fast food. Tried the new Mt Mcdonaldland shake. Not for me as it tastes like raspberry fluoride toothpaste but i know some people will like it. Still nice and cold and that classic Ice Cream. I'll stick with the chocolate shake.

The food quality is terrible at this location, not sure why. I’ve been to this location multiple times just because it’s closer to my house compared to other locations. But I’m not happy with the food quality at all. Their iced coffee taste like water. It’s not sweet even if you ask them to make it sweet. Their fries never have salt. The quality of their poutine is also bad. I’ve already given them five chances and it never got better. The store is also not clean at all

Today I visited at this mcdonal’d today 20020 eillowbrook and we have very bad experience with manager. Her name is Gurjeet kaur. She doesnot have any sense of treating and attending a coustomer . The moment i went to her to have a talk about her rude behavior she was more arrogant and no regret was seen on her face .

My go to McDonald's, the service is always good, food is served but, and have never had a problem. The only issue I have is their overuse of bags, napkins and cutlery. Instead of following legislation of giving them by request only, they are automatically giving overly generous amounts of napkins, cutlery, condiments and trays. That's very disappointing.

The people working drive thru don't know how to listen. The management just have excuses and never fix any issues. Today i was told by a manager to go somewhere else next time. The only reason why i use the Clearbrook location is because it is closeto my house. Maybe i need to go to other locations that actually try to make the customer happy.

Charged me for extra pickles and extra sweet and sour sauce, didn’t put the extra sauce in the bag and I got 1 extra pickle? Every time I go here they seem to mess my order up. At least they’re consistent. Shame it’s consistently bad
