They forgot the ice cream from my order, so I kindly asked for it. The lady looked behind the counter, found it just sitting there, and plunked it down hard in front of me without a single apology. Then she just continued to chat with another coworker in front of me. I felt really disrespected by her attitude.

This location on a Saturday night is very chaotic due to the volume of patrons inside the restaurant. Most people use the self order kiosks as it’s a little better than ordering in person.
Lots of teens and obnoxious drunken bros, the garbage in the cans were overflowing and one of the staff members abandoned one half filled bag that was left in front of the drink machine.
The washrooms were gross with water all over the floor as it resembled a public swimming pool change room.
The staff behind the counter were awesome dealing with a lot of less than pleasant customers and they work super hard getting all the orders out

Worst service ive recieved in recent years. Ordered a mcmuffin on Dec 7 and sat waiting for 10 minutes.. had to go back thru the drivethru just to wait another 5 minutes for them to finally get it. Did not come out and bring me my food as they said they would.m when store was dead at 11pm. Im going to wendies next time

I'm very impressed about the McDonald's in fleetwood on Fraser Highway and 156 st. All the employees are very friendly, they have an outstanding customer service, food quality is great. This location is highly recommended.

2025 update: look, I know they're trying their best but the service isn't amazing but the flies and smell of a literal dumpster is quite off-putting.
A decent spot in Walnut Grove, always busy with all sorts of people. It is mostly clean and efficient service. Washrooms however, are absolutely TRASHED .Also has a nice fireplace and a TV.
Waited at the counter for about 6 minutes before having to wave down a team member and was meet with some sass, overall kind of a crappy experience as a costumer.

I didn't think there was such a thing as a McDonald's with inconsistent service and poor quality control, but I found one in Walnut Grove. The food here is never an issue. As you would expect, it tastes the same as any McDonald's. The problem is their employees' inability to pack a bag correctly with the order that has been paid for. It is not an issue of occasional screw ups, it is a regular occurrence that dipping sauce, or some other part of the order is incomplete. This is not rocket science it is employee training.
