In the last month on three separate trips to this location, I have been double charged once, overcharged once, and had to wait 25 minutes in curbside pickup for a mobile order - they cleared the order without bringing it out, I went through the drive thru for them to remake it, for making the total wait time accumulating to a 32 minute experience.

This used to be the go to location, it has fallen off. Complaints to location have had no response.

The service was good but the food looked like it had been thrown together from across the room. They also forgot a piece of cheese on my burger which I guess I’m not too mad about because it let me see the disgusting mess that was the patty.

Hot tip: If the meat looks like that, don’t serve it to people.

The store was very clean today, even though I haven't been to the restroom yet!
Yesterday, Guildford McDonald's was a disgusting place for kids to play and the store itself....
It may be relative, but the staff here are constantly cleaning and it's nice to see that haha.

Ordered an iced coffee…it was completely milk. Went back through the drive through to ask for another one and the very friendly and approachable staff member said he would make it right and add an espresso shot to it. He really did try, but it was still undrinkable and ended up in the garbage. That’s $4 I’ll never see again.

Wife went thru drive thru for breakfast. They forgot a sandwhich and a hashbrown. And then gave her 2 frozen hashbrowns. After having her park and wait.

Horrendous experience. Waited 10 minutes at order box for somebody to respond. Ordered hot chocolate and cheeseburger. They pour my hot chocolate and then tell me they are out of hot drinks. As my drink is steaming behind her. Never again.

This storm is notorious for a dirty area. Washrooms aren’t kept up and TO is usually out. Garbages are always over flowing with garbage and the dining room is never clean.
This is a CORPORATE STORE!

I usually like this mcdonalds .very friendly and people always have a smile. Tonight on Nov 06 I went to the drive through at 10pm. I asked for 4 meals 2 of them were jr chicken meals. 1 was a small and one was a regular. When I got to the window I asked the lady "is one a small jr chicken meal and one a medium?" She replied both small. I let her know I what I asked for and her response was " I wouldn't know I didn't place the order". This was very rude and put a really bad taste for me about this mcdonalds. I'm pretty sure this was the manger on this date. I really hope this gets back to her.

The staff who worked in the pick-up area at around 9pm yesterday was very angry and unfriendly. My children were very scared. I hope I don't see the staff again.

The girl working tonight just told me "you dont need to be rude about it, take a chill pill" when i aksed if my tea was double double because i thought he may had missed that and he did that was fine.

My kitty of 18 years died yesterday and im currently on my way to hospital to support my friend. Not what i needed . She was clrealy venting about somthing else to somone on the floor as well. We could hete it through the window .

Ive worked for mcdonalds before ive been service industry and a line cook now for over ten years and 2 years of management retail on the side . This was completely unprofessional and rude as well as uncalled for.

Not happy about this situation and i hope a coversation is had with somone . I will be calling to speaking to a mananger tommarow morning .
