Avoid this location if possible.I've eaten at McDonald's all over the world and although the food was okay, I can honestly say this was the single worst service I've ever experienced. The kiosk did not print a receipt (which I require for claiming back my meals) so I waited several minutes at the register to simply ask for a reprint, I could see they were very busy and was fine to wait at this point, I used to manage a Pizza Hut restaurant back in England and I get it. The staff member who saw us and approached me said we "should use the kiosk as we're busy". I explained I just needed a receipt and she said "well I don't know how to print that and we're busy so it'll be a long time" and walked away. When another staff member approached the register, the previous staff member who had spoken to us unprofessionaly (a girl in her 20's with a shaved back and side haircut) interjected and said she'd already told us we'd be waiting a long time as the managers were at the back of the kitchen and that we needed to show her some respect, so the 2nd staff member just turned her back and walked away. The first crew member muttered something about "you guys just need to..." and then instructed another person to just refund us. Not what I asked for or wanted! We were shocked by how much she had escalated the situation. The problem was eventually resolved when a young female crew member wearing all black (maybe a manager?) came and reprinted our receipt and bagged our lunch up herself.The food was average, the service was off the charts terrible. The final person we dealt with seemed polite and friendly but we still never received an apology for how we'd been spoken to and dealt with.

This is the most inept McDonald's I've ever seen in my entire life. If you want to listen to employees flirting with each other while waiting 10 mins for food when no one else is in the drive thru this one is for you! Worst service and even worse food. Where are you finding these employees? Mind blowingly embarrassing management everyone should be ashamed of themselves.

This is the rudest McDonald’s around my experience in the drivethrew last night was un real first of all the girl on the mic in the drivethrew is the rudest customer service I have ever had threw a speaker. This is not my first bad experience at this drivethrew the staff is unacceptable I will not eat hear if it was the last drivethrew open and 2 am I’ll eat old crackers for a late night snack over dealing with this drive threw ever again !

Normally these guys are really good but tonight I ordered on delivery and my pies were cold, soggy and uncooked. My delivery driver did not take that long to deliver, but the lady at the front counter tried to pin it on him.In addition she did not offer to exchange only refund.

The worst... Took my kids into the family room and then into the mens room to wash their hands before we ate our food, no washrooms had any soap. I told the staff, waited 15 minutes and still didn't receive any assistance. I was tired of waiting so I went behind the counter myself where I saw a small sink 5 feet into the back. They got upset (fair - I could have been a psycho), but I couldn't wait any longer listening to the staff talk about their long weekends instead of helping out their customers. Luckily we got to wash our hands and got to enjoy our cold 20 minute old meals. The food was trash and the staff was useless.

Often have supplies out of stock.Always double check you got your full order as often at least 1 thing is missing.Make sure you have at least 15 minutes as food often takes in the 10 to 15 minutes, or more.

worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been in, food is terrible and customer service is even worse. always met with attitude and the feeling that nobody there wants to do their job. asked for double cheese with extra sauce and got a whatever you wanna call this, fries are always stale even when i asked for fresh, and worse of all they have a 24/7 drive thru that’s never open past 11, take that damn sign down it’s misleading! and hire people that care just a little bit more but i’m just getting the impression that nobody their cares about customers and believe that garbage service is okay, it’s not and i’ll not come back and will be telling everyone i know not go aswell, and it’s funny because everyone i talked to have the same impression and will not be going

I did not pay for food I cannot enjoy. ONLY HALF the time it is good, I don’t appreciate how restaurants cannot follow simple orders to make their customers happy 100% of the time. We look forward to good service, not for the laziness of the restaurant workers. I’m sure they like their food made properly per their request. This is unacceptable, I paid 20$ for food that wasn’t even made to my preferences so I cannot enjoy it fully. All I wanted was extra sauce and extra toppings which always add an EXTRA cost. You are getting paid to do less than an EXTRA 30 seconds of work that it takes. Nobody likes to be dismissed of their food requests. Especially when they are ordering for others as well and not just for themselves. The service is very sloppy and changes all the time, yet it is claimed to be amazing by the advertisements. Once again, I will be reporting to an individual of higher standing since this is a rip off and usually is not resolved with proper care or manner. What is doordash or even the dash pass for or even just the restaurant alone if they all will not work up to professional service standards. I am not looking forward to using DoorDash or ordering from McDonald’s moving forward as the services are not in respect to the customers and more or less are a money grab. Enjoy your $$ because losing customers and their interest seems to be a bigger value to you all.

Dietary restrictions: Suppose to be good and with allergies if I had not checked my burger I'd be in hospital epi pen allergic to pickles told them got home open burger and loaded with extra pickles when I repeated over and over this is not first time for this location in langley
