I would like to appreciate the excellent service provided by Anmol and Shyna during the night shift at McDonald’s. Both of them were very professional, friendly, and efficient. Even though it was late, they greeted me with a smile, handled the order quickly, and made sure everything was accurate. Their positive attitude and customer-focused approach made the experience pleasant. McDonald’s is lucky to have such hardworking and dedicated team members. Great job Shyna and anmol!

Came in the morning to grab a quick bite through the drive thru, I ordered pumpkin spice oat cold brew and a sausage McGriddle no egg. Get up to the window first try telling me they don’t have cold brew, then asked if I wanted an ice coffee. I said sure then tried charging me for the pumkin cold brew ! I asked why it was still expensive and they said you got a meal. I didn’t ask for a meal. I didn’t want the hash brown. Then they just charged me for the McGriddle and said you can have hash brown for free. I don’t care, they didn’t get I didn’t want it! I left and upon my arrival to work there was a fricken egg in my McGriddle again I didn’t want!!!! Great way to start my Friday morning !!!!

So calm and peaceful I could say some unspeakable things without getting cancelled. 10/10 worker she was very kind and nice. Messed up my triple thick vanilla shake but overall great experience.
Excellent service! We came as a group of 8. They immediately accommodated us, and even anticipated our orders. Upon paying, orders were served in 2 minutes. Len also helped us in our kiosk mini problem.
