Assholes left the drive thru open but nobody inside to actually take the orders and no signs to indicate that the drive thru was closed! This is not a way to treat your customers McDonalds. Shame on you.

I ordered a mobile order and no one was taking my order even though the other lane was empty because all their orders were taken. Power went out, no big deal that it took so long. I checked in around 10:55 and when the power came back on it was past 11 and they did not want to serve me hashbrowns, so they substituted for fries. Also got the rest of my order wrong.

Got my entire order wrong. Ordered large tea with creme and sugar, got it black. Also ordered bacon egg mcmuffin, got weird looking bacon in it and stale bread. Disgusting! If you can't make the order right then please tell us so we can give business to other franchises who actually work.

I use the drive thru for convenience. I have kids in the car or I’m in a hurry. When my order isn’t completed, I am forced to leave my car to go inside the store. Which is not what the drive thru is intended for. And lug all my kids in. The drive thru system here is TERRIBLE. Terrible wait times, and the order is not even complete.
The espresso/McCafe machine is constantly broken. Don't come here if you're wanting a coffee

Always missing things. Or staff not notifying people happy meal ran out of toys (eg mario kart, gives me a paper flag in replacement, wtf). Proper communication is KEY here.
Missed nugget sauce packets that I paid extra for on the app
Spoke with a team lead after I asked for the contact for the manager. She did a refund to appease me and I never even saw the refund go through on my statement
Honestly don’t come here anymore rather drive extra distance to walnut grove or willowbrook
