Ordered two Filet‑o‑Fish combos and was very disappointed. The filets were dry and hard to chew, the fries had no salt, and we were upsold large drinks we didn’t order. Overall, poor quality and not worth the visit.

Few chairs & tables are damaged , but the place is ggod and the service was great. I did a dine in not sure about drive through experience. Noticed they were out of the way helping seniors

they lost our order, they continued to ask us what our order was which we tried to tell them but they either walked away while we were mid talking or they were too busy yelling at their workers. in the drive-thru the person at the speaker seemed like they didn't understand our order but proceeded to tell us to move onto the next window

Bought fries a couple of times from this location. The fries are made in used oil (possibly many many times) and are awful tasting. They have to change oil often!

20 min wait after I paid then forgot half the food so had to wait longer they seemed to busy taking frozen food to a workers car then making food would not go back half the food was cold cause we had to wait so long
If you have to wait so long should make all new food not wait in drive thru and people suffer with cold food

Absolute worst service ever!
The lady was so passive aggressive and rude just because we apparently didn’t drive up the drive thru in order. She went “ did you mess up the order? the cars go in order”. We tried to say sorry and pay for the car behind us to make it easier but she completely ignored us, huffed and puffed, tossed us our food and turned away. I’ve worked in service industry my whole career and I can say I’ve never ever treated anyone like that. Idk who worked the drive thru at 10:45pm on 8/14/25 but they can’t treat people like that. We simply followed an alternating car sequence in the drive thru but I guess that’s wrong? Not only that but they got our order wrong and didn’t give us one burger and mumbled “have a good night” without giving us our receipt

The tables are so dirty here it’s unbelievable. The patio looks like it has never been cleaned. I can’t imagine their kitchen cleaning practices.
