It is so cold in this restaurant my kid was wearing a parka and we were both so cold we packed up halfway through dinner and left to finish at home and it was not the first time. Unacceptable. Food is always cold but it takes forever to get and there is almost always an error in the order. The only reason service got 2 stars is because of one very kindly older woman that goess above and beyond. Do not recommend.

Was one of the better McDonald’s locations around… before they decided to replace the staff with people who can’t speak English and take an order properly.
Update: after waiting for 5 minutes for them to fix my order… they still got it wrong. 2 stars, even though it was wrong they upgraded my fries.

We ordered dinner for 5 people and I received 2 junior chickens with.no chicken it’s it absolutely ridiculous. Also we ordered happy meals we paid extra for, for our children and specifically requested the toys and were told we would received them and we didn’t get them. So disappointed with what is supposed to be a worldwide, professional establishment that is managed by people who are brain dead and just there for a pay cheque

The radio was playing and it was terribly statically you could barely hear the music when I asked the worker to either tune in the music 🎶 or just shut it off.they replied saying that they weren't allowed to shut it off and couldn't get it to come in any better I felt like I was being chumped and they were being a smart ass so we left

Location Charges for condiments: on a 20$ meal I asked for 1 Mcchicken sauce with my order. Was refused a condiment on my meal by window staff unless I paid for it, was made to pay 30 cents plus tax and was made to pay again on my card…. What are you going to charge for next? Napkins?

Fries were cold and the iced tea was watered down. I’m glad I spent my own money on something that instantly went into the garbage. Oh I forgot to mention that the nuggets were stale and you would think that they would be fresh especially waiting in line for 10 minutes. :)
