It's so like expensive and for what girl like whattt but it's good frozen yogurt but the service is okay there not rude and there also not friendly but still it's good if you have like 20 bucks for a full one

I love Froyo and could eat it every day. I wish they would offer more flavours, and usually, 1 of the machine is always down, and 1 of them is low... so we don't have too many options left.. The cashier seems sweet but looks lazy.. I wanted to sit and enjoy my Froyo, but we were getting the vibes as if we're not welcomed or allowed to sit and eat, so we took our Froyo's home instead.

walked in at 7:45 (15 minutes till close) and was immediately frightened and approached by this underage women. she told us we had to hurry cause she wanted to close. directly after that she locks us in her store causing us to have to use force to exit the building. we had to unlock it ourselves. will never return

I usually love going to menchies but this last experience really erked me. My boyfriend and I drove from Abbotsford because this location is the closest one, (and the only one that closes as early as 8pm fyi) we get there at 7:46 and the doors are locked and the employee is closing up shop and completely ignoring us. I knock on the door, and she looks up and nothing. We ran into some other customers and they also complained how they were rushed out! This is completely unacceptable! Its summer and people want their damm froyo!

Thursday June 20th, girlfriend and i drove from Abbotsford to come to here as it is the closest one to us. Arrived at 7:46pm a full 14 minutes before they say they are closed online. Worker was inside with doors locked, would not look up at us at the door and ignored when we knocked, also did not pick up the phone. 5-6 other costumers were outside as well all of us complaining of the same issue.

Thursday June 20th at 7:45pm, worker was making us rush so she could close early while still 15 mins left. Also tried to walk out and she locked the doors so no more costumers could come in. Horrible experience, then had the audacity for the tip sign to show up on the till. Never going back there again.

Limited Options, No fruit option (I think they were in the process of refilling the one fruit yogurt that they had) so I got stuck with vanilla/chocolate which I’m not a big fan of. Service was slow and not friendly, no hello or anything, we were first in line and the cashier was no where to be found for a few minutes, and when she came she just looked at us, expecting us to put our cups on the scale, when we walked in she was there but didn’t explain how everything works, and hello, not everyone knows. The cups were by the door and not by the machines, so we were looking around trying to find the cups until we realized they were by the entrance, away from everything else… Atmosphere was alright but a bit dark inside, they need brighter lights it looks a little depressive eating frozen yogurt in the dark, so we ended up going outside to eat our menchies in the parking lot.
When I visited, there was a group of kids there and it was so noisy that we couldn't sit down and eat. One of the ice cream machines was broken, so I couldn't try the various flavors. If you add toppings on top of the ice cream, the price is too expensive.

Took my boys there over spring break, the lady working was super friendly acknowledged us right away. They didn’t have as much as selection as I hoped for many machines didn’t have ice cream and toppings were limited. Menchies is definitely more expensive than just a blizzard at DQ. The boys enjoyed it and again lady was friendly but to expensive for my liking we spend $26 for 2 bowls and they Weren’t even full
