We love Moku!! Our family grew up going to Hawaii every year, and we no longer visit the islands but we sure do long for island food from time to time. This place fills all our needs perfectly! Everything is delicious and tastes authentic, and they even have POG which is huge, IYKYK!! We’ve tried pretty much everything on the menu and it’s all amazing. The only downside is that they are a smaller place to try and eat in, but we don’t mind at all because we are more than happy to just take it home with us! Genuinely our favourite restaurant. Killer service too! Everyone who works here is so kind.

We had galbi bbq ribs SOOO GOOD the veggies underneath was good too but there was some big cabbage pieces were undercooked a tiny bit, the carrots were scrumptious however. The Mac salad was delicious as well, and pairs really good with the galbi or any meat to take away from the heaviness of the food. Service was quick efficient and nice too! And the washroom was super cute, great place to lay waste!

I would have given this place 4 or maybe even 5 stars but something was seriously wrong with our Kalbi. It was brutally tough. We ordered two platters yesterday and everything else was super tender and seasoned / sauced excellent. The ribs were covered in a delicious sauce but were tough as nails, though. My wife said they were so tough that it hurt her teeth to try and pull the meat off the bone. Such a huge shame to do something like that to such a good cut of meat.

All that being said, unlike any other 3 start place I would try this again. The two platters was enough for left overs after a dinner of 7 adults and 2 kids. The value is there and I would say give it a shot. Just don't order the kalbi.

The food and service are good enough that I just wish it was a more comfortable place to sit and eat. We will be back

Is mac and cheese without cheese but with mayo is Hawaiian thing?

Food was decent, slow placed environment and seemed weird when I asked to have my macaroni on the side and they said my plates were made already but waited +15 minutes.

Small place and a few tables to sit and eat, but have A/C which is great for me. Interesting menu items to choose from and pretty big decent sized meal for your bang for your bucks. Only downer for me is the ribs was a bit too salty, but otherwise overall experience first time there was great!

Moku hosted us for a Hawaiian themed surprise bridal shower and we couldn’t have asked for a more delicious spread of food! From the garlic shrimp to the furikake chicken and beef short ribs - Just wow. Can’t wait to go back and tell my family and friends about it.

The Moku team was also so amazing and so gracious with their space and time. Thanks again Moku team for allowing us to give our beautiful bride-to-be to most memorable shower!

Good overall experience….was my first time trying Hawaiian cuisine, so can’t compare it with other restaurants. The food was appealing and tasted good. However, it’s not something that I would choose to eat keeping other options in mind.

I left full, they definitely fill up the plates which is good. Very limited menu which can be a good thing but I wish there was more green on the menu, the only side is mac salad so the plates are very carb heavy. Friendly staff, clean area,
close parking.

A nice little hidden gem in Langley with friendly staff and tasty food. Highly recommend the garlic shrimp and loco moco it was jam-packed with rich, savoury flavour. Definitely something I’d come back for!
