The worst experience we have ever had. It was my birthday and I wanted some Bbq, so we decided to go to Montana's. The service was rather slow (despite the restaurant not being busy at all). Then the food came and disappointment came hard and heavy. Our ribs were as dry as a paper, brisket was completely flavorless, the tacos were nothing but lettuce and 2 small pieces of burnt brisket. The side salad, it was obvious the lettuce was old and chewy. We asked for lemon wedges to add to the dry taco, and the server brought one lemon wedge, had to ask again for more and got two small wedges (it took the server close to 10 minutes, while the food was not getting any hotter). To complement, we got a complementary desert, which was a rock hard cookie under a scoop of ice cream. The cookie was so hard we could not break it with the spoons provided, we had to take it with our hands and break it, or risk getting the ice cream on our face, or folding the spoon. All in all a really poor experience. The service was not the greatest but the food was just a lack of respect.

Service and atmosphere was great. Ribs fall off the bone yes, but aside from that….. cant say the food we ordered was good. We made a booking on opentable so didnt have to wait, but saw lots of ppl entering and had to wait a bit.

I came in today to try this place for the first time it always looked good to me but when i went with my girlfriend it was not what i was expecting. I rate the food a 2 out of 10 because its more on the pricy side and the food was not good at all i ordered brisket plater and steak and the brisket felt like it was frozen meat boiled for 10mins it was very hard and very dry and very unpleasant to look at, it made me loose my appetite, it looks grey and looked like it came out of a freezer ready made and boiled. Brisket is supposed to be juicy and moist and kind of pink as well as tender and fatty looking…. this was the opposite. I also ordered a steak and it was okay nothing special a little dry but tolerable. The lobster was also not bad.
We told the waitress about the brisket and they were very nice about it they took that out of my bill which was nice and overall their service is good and they seem like they care about their customers the only issue here is the food.
i added a photo of the brisket… as you can see brisket should never look like this. Honestly very concerning.

I am extremely picky about SERVICE. I do not like to spend my money on places that don’t appreciate it. We’ve had the Same server two times in a row and honestly, I am so glad. He was as amazing This time as last time. They do not auction off your food, etc. etc. It takes a lot for me to write a good review (because It hasn’t been warranted for a while ) generally it seems that restaurants don’t care enough these days to teach their staff how to serve, but this one clearly does. Ease of making reservation was great. We were given the table I asked for in a little nook. 😊 Food was very good, but not very hot. Soup, fries & water for tea were lukewarm which was a disappointment. Also, it was a birthday celebration. Had I known it would be a cookie with ice cream on top, I would have ordered the chocolate cake & paid for it myself. On the plus side, our waitress was absolutely lovely!!!

I went out last night for my birthday with a friend.. we ordered an apply.. which was really good. We then ordered our meal and when they brought it to us. My meal was not hot at all.. my friends was warmer. I dont normally complain but let them know and they offered to bring me a fresh meal. It finally came and my friend had already finished her meal. Meal was warmer but now my friend finished her meal and watching me eat. My bill came and they gave me 20% off my meal. Disappointed and I would have to think hard to want to go back.
We had a great dinner here tonight , the food was hot and delicious. Our server( Kendra ) was fantastic , she was cheerful ,friendly and very attentive . We really enjoyed our meals and the excellent service made it a perfect evening!

Food was tough and for a 30.99 sample with wings and brisket and other things, brisket was tough and not great. My cheddar soup was weak and just ok. Going to put montanas on hold for a while
