Service was excellent. Food was as expected. The table we were seated at had such poor lighting that you could hardly see the food or menu (and we have good eyesight). It was also extremely loud and difficult to converse.

We reserved for a birthday dinner and upon arrival there was a nice card with a $10 gift certificate on our table, a very nice touch! Plus they offered us a free dessert of our choice. The service was great, and food was decent. The key lime pie was delicious! Mom loved her chicken burger.

My coworkers and I stumbled upon this restaurant on both rainy late nights while staying at the Sandman Signature hotel, and we were blown away by the excellent service and food.
The ribeye was cooked to perfection, and the Boston-style clam chowder was delicious! I did have an issue with the temperature of the soup on my first visit, but the server from the bar was great about addressing the issue and made sure to get it right on the second night. She even remembered me and made sure to check in on us throughout the meal.
Kudos to Moxie's for providing such a warm and welcoming atmosphere on a cold and rainy night. The service was top-notch, and the food was amazing. I'll definitely be back!
Lastly, the server at the bar didn't lie... The mushroom sauce on the steak was my boss's favorite!

Went out for lunch with my wife and daughter and one of our meals came out wrong, causing us not to be able to eat together; my daughter and I finished our meals before my wife’s replacement meal came out. Absolutely no discount was offered.
This is not a great way to manage a business. When you make a mistake (mistakes happen), you need to own it and make proper restitution.
