Staff could use a little more training for online pick up orders. My order wasn't ready when I got to the store, told to sit and wait, then they served 5 other non online customers that had come in after me. I waited in the store for 15-20 minutes before they finally got to my order.
Huge fan of mucho BURRITO ive eaten at Langley location 100s of times and nobody was happier than me to see maple ridge location and I can tell you they didn't disappoint .I find the food fresh and so delicious and the staff and owner go beyond to make it a positive experience as soon as you walk in they acknowledge you and welcome you there ..who else does that! This was my first time having mucho and let me say one of the best burritos I’ve had in a LONG time. The staff were patient with me while I figured out what I wanted. I’m vegetarian so my diet was not a problem at all for the staff. Delicious options.
