Great tea, coffee and accessories.
Vancouver history. Over the years, I have met some exceptional staff working at Murchie's stores.
Some of their teas are quite expensive but they sell samplers and small quantities.
Sometimes in life we all should try simple luxuries such as a great cup of tea.

Got a cow design water bottle as a gift for my daughter. I poured water into it to test it and tipped it and it leaks water all over. Called and a male employee answered and I explained the situation and he said I could bring it back if unused. Again, I explained I tested and it leaked. Pretty poorly designed, so brought it back to exchange it. They refused. “I was told by the girl at the counter “that’s how physics works” as if I’m stupid. I understand they don’t take back “used” items, but maybe don’t sell a poor design that isn’t toddler friendly for $$$. Don’t buy their bottles, they are so cute aesthetically but functionally 0/10.

What I can’t figure out is how people still keep going to Willowbrook Mall and going to Starbucks instead and paying way more money for a product that is nowhere good as Murchie’s. The coffee, the mocha and some of the sweet items are absolutely amazing and they are way cheaper than Starbucks. Also, you get to avoid the absolute mayhem and chaos and horrendously busy environment The Starbucks at Willowbrook mall has.

Nice products, the staff was nice and prices are affordable.

I have been to Murchies's before in White Rock and enjoyed paying my patronage there. going to the Langley location was just as good and managed to find a few things I wanted to buy. The was so friendly and the store's display was very presentable and clean. Highly recommend coming to this store.

The counter staff is incredibly slow and unorganized. It was 45 minutes for 3 regular coffee, 2 pre-made sandwiches and a danish. Absolutely ridiculous. A waste of time and money.

Worker was a Young woman Very helpful and nice helped me and my friend get tea and talked tea with us and Was very Kind and helpful I recommend for all the tea lovers! Hidden gem for sure!!

doesn't train their staff properly

I really enjoyed my experience at this store however I was kinda disappointed that I had to buy 2 decaf Canadian Breakfast teas instead of 1 big package as they don't sell the 100 tea bags. Why not? I don't live in Langley, so for me to go to that store I wanted to get 100 tea bags and couldn't. ☹️🫤

Amazing place to stop by for tea lovers, great selection of tea on the shelves including mugs and little accessories. The staff there were very friendly and helped me in deciding the right tea. I see some reviews and unhappy customers in the store but rest assured the staff are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about their products, the customers that complain have nothing better to do and besides, why are you complaining about things such as the price when the staff aren’t even in control of it ….?
