Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Food was good quality pub food. Shepard pie was very nice. Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - service was decent, however had to wait on utensils and such for our table. But over all good service. Ambiance: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Ambiance for a bar/pub was nice. Exactly what you want from a local watering hole.
Value: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - decent prices for quality.

Worst experience at a pub ever! Our server was not friendly, no smile no greeting. Did not tell us the promotions. I ordered the Hawaiian burger, my friend ordered the Don Juan burger and my girlfriend ordered the lettuce wraps. My burger came as did the lettuce wraps. My burger had about 5 small pineapples, was hard to even find them, no teriyaki sauce and was dry. Another friend had arrived at that time and she asked if they both wanted to order food. She was then reminded that my friend had already The Don Jaun burger which never came. My girlfriend went up to the bar and asked to speak to the manager to express that we were not happy with the service. At that time we were asked to leave. This server was horrible! Instead of being apologetic and accountable she acted like we were in the wrong for complaining. I would not recommend going here!

Went there for lunch on Saturday afternoon. It was 2:05 I asked if I could still order breakfast, she said no. It was not busy at all. The server, Janice did not tell us the specials. The three of us all ordered at the same time, two burgers and lettuce wraps. Another friend joined us. She brought the lettuce wraps and one burger. She asked if the other two guys wanted to order food, I said that my friend had already ordered a burger. After 10 more minutes passed and my friend's burger hadn't come, I went up to the bartender and asked to speak to a manager. She said that there was no manager on duty and asked if there was an issue. I said that my friend ordered at the same time as plus and hasn't received his food. She obviously had forgot to put in his order. The server then came over and asked if there was a problem. I said yes, I am not happy with her service. She said that she can not serve us at all and not come to our table. I said instead of being confrontational, she should take some accountability it would have been understandable. I asked for the managers information and we were all asked to leave. Apparently you can't say that you aren't happy with someone's service. Very bad experience. I've never left a review before but this was unacceptable.
