Ordered online through the website. The food never came. I called the store, and they told me it’s NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY. I said I paid for it through their website, but they asked me to go and check with Doordash. I asked for the name of the person I was talking to, and she wouldn’t. Unbelievable.
Never mentioned any refund, but refused to take responsibility. This is SCAMMING. One of the WORST EXPERIENCES EVER.
I hope someone will take action on this and respond to it.
An update: I contacted Nandos main customer service, and they provided steps and resolved the issue. They were courteous as well. The other Nandos branches might be good, but not this one.

Great taste. Chicken with the consistency of a tennis shoe. Butterfly chicken breast was more the size of a Cornish Game Hen. Good flavour. Expensive for what it is.

This was a very disappointing visit. Two in a row here at this location. The first time they had no chicken at dinner time, what!!! This time from the service to the food. No greeting, no hello, no thank you. Not even a word said when brining us our plate to the table. It felt like we were just inconveniencing her.
Check out how small this chicken breast was. Never seen one smaller. Not even half the size as the bun.
Nandos is inexpensive of my favourite restaurants. I’ll have to find another location.

Worst Nando’s I have ever ate! Garlic bread - burnt Chicken - burnt Fries - cold And we were dining in! Won’t be back to this location. They have the option of fountain drinks but don’t offer it just offer bottled drinks and no condiments are left outside you have to ask for them!
I enjoy Nandos chicken and usually order from the Langley by pass, they have great service and are always courteous.
Today I ordered a Peri Peri rice bowl from the Walnut Grove, Langley location, as it was more convenient. The website showed a cost of $14.00. When I arrived to pickup they quoted me way more. I showed them the screen shot from their website and they refused to honour the price. Stating they have to charge what their menu board is showing and that the website is not up todate. It may have only been 4 or 5 dollars more, I don't remember but the difference was certainly more then the website. I declined to take the order on a matter of principle because of the arrogant explaination of two employees.

The service in this branch is very bad, the people who serve seem as if they are always like angry (especially the ma'am). Plus, if you order takeout they will NEVER give you sauces. The last time I went they didn't give me, so I asked for a couple of sauces because I really love them and they only gave me one... Anyway, simple things can change everything. I will definitely never return again.
