Great place to find health related products. They will price match their suppliments with other health stores in the Fraser Valley.

Beware of shortage of products in packages , make sure you count it. I got refund when l count it but it happened many times. So they keep one person happy with refund and keep doing it so everybody else makes money with stilling from people.

This is a great location! They always have everything I need and the staff are so friendly. The store is clean and well stocked. This location is mich better then the white rock one.
I’ve been coming here off and on for a few years. The staff is always great and very informative. They’ve been able to help me a great deal. Prices are fair. It’s a nature store, organics store, so somethings you know can be a bit up there but that’s part of the game….stuff is more expensive at organic and health stores. they have a wonderful selection of natural herbs and supplements. I highly recommend visiting it if you are someone who enjoys your herbs and vitamins. Their producing groceries look amazing too. They have a great selection of natural food and supplements.

If you like to eat actual real food instead of that GMO trash sold at unSafeway as I call it then you already know about this place just expect to pay a little more its not much since food is expensive everywhere but at least it won't be poisoning you while you eat it.
Good clean grocery store with so much healthy and organic foods. It is a bit on the pricier side but that’s to be expected and the people that work there are kind!
