Over priced and when they say they price match that’s a lie too because they won’t price match Amazon . I’ll be shopping at Amazon Canadian products only
Asked some kid at the till for a double bag and he didn’t double bag my order #samziataperfade
Went few times to get some multivitamins and other stuff, the staff there was so helpful every time. They guide you so well, listen to exactly what you are looking for and recommend you exactly that but never forces you to buy that. Really love that
It's a health food store. There's a section where you can get some food to eat, and some tables and chairs so you can sit down to eat. There are all kinds of health food types and a large supplement section as well. The staff all seem friendly and knowledgeable. Pretty much everything I'd expect from a health food store. If there's something you need that they don't carry, they will usually suggest what it is and maybe where to get it.
Great selection. For dietary restrictions. Lots of friendly help very knowledgable in the vitamins and supplements area.
The best grocery store to ever exist! I hope they expand to other provinces so more people can enjoy their goodness! Truly a special store ❤️
Healthy foods are there i love it
Service is always great however you really have to read the ingredients on the products you buy. Not everything is organic and lots of the processed food is not good for you at all that they sell. Don’t be fooled by the large selection of “gluten free” or “keto”. The produce I find is good quality and variety is not bad.
4L A2 Grassroot milk went from $14.99 to $18.99 within a few weeks. That price increase was a shocker and I think is outrageous. I work at a grocery store and have seen prices go up but not by this percentage.
As much as I like this milk, I won't be coming back for it at that price.
It's a lovely store too, but this has a left bad impression.
Staff are so friendly and helpful. Wide selection of products. The deli has a variety of easy side options for dinner.

I was going in just for antiperspirant and ended up with a couple more things. It's always nice and staff are always around if you have questions.
Used to be such great customer service in the supplement dept. Was trying to find an item, kept following a gal with the badge on, nope, clue not taken, wasn’t even that busy🤷🏻♀️’let me know if you need any help’ used to be the norm.
I go there almost every week, sometimes twice a week. They have great selection of organic and natural products. Their produce is fresh, and I really appreciate the variety of healthy, locally sourced options. It’s one of the few places where I feel confident about the quality of what I’m buying. Also one stop solution for babies food items and groceries. Highly recommend for anyone looking to shop more mindfully and support local!
I love coming here for items but when they promote that they price match it should be an easy process! I definitely don’t like being questioned about the price I found on an official website of a local superstore. They said it needs to be on a flyer… but if it’s on sale on a website that states the expiry date of promotion it has to go through the management team. So you gotta stand there with your phone and wait for a manager to come look through the website.
Best place to shop for supplements.
