Staff are incredibly slow and not attentive at all. Took two employees to listen to one customer explain the pros and cons of buying the machine from nespresso vs costco over a $25 voucher while a long line formed.

Do not buy the flavoured coffee Stick to traditional flavours of coffee. Avoid chocolate flavour or cinnamon or such a like. You will want to return but Nespreso does NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

I am very disappointed with the service I received. I placed an online order for coffee pots in the morning, and the system showed my order would be ready by 10:30 am. I arrived at 5:30 pm — far longer than expected — only to be told by the front desk staff that no confirmation email had been sent. Despite this, it took her less than a minute to grab my order, yet she was unnecessarily rude throughout the interaction. This defeats the purpose of online ordering, which should save time and provide convenience. The lack of courtesy and the poor handling of customers is unacceptable.

I was very disappointed by the rude and professional service provided by the staff. I want to exchange a coffee mug I got for daughter , she did not like the color , so called in advance if I could exchange , I was informed that if it was not used and still in the box , it could be done . It was a very different story once I arrive at the store , very uncooperative and unprofessional , they did would not listen to , rudely interpreted twice . I feel that company needs to provide customer service training .

Service is always very slow at this location. It’s a smaller kiosk so there’s only 2 staff available at most. The service itself is fine, friendly staff most of the time. Just don’t expect to pick up something quickly, because likely you will have to wait in line for a while.

I found my repeat order cheaper here than Richmond or Metrotown location. Hmmm
My mother was standing in line to buy some sleeves and a worker was sweeping the floor onto my mother’s legs. My mother asked her to stop and the worker replied with “go stand on the other end of the line”. This level of disrespect is unacceptable. I shall never go to this location and will never recommend this location to my friends. You guys lost a few coffee lovers.

Waited in line 10 minutes, while one of the two employees ignored me. Then was told the bar closed 5 minutes before once the other employee finally greeted me. Also, FYI this location does not give take home samples.

The location is terrible. Order online and go to pick up when it says order is ready and it was not. Had to wait another 10 min for them to prepare it when they already had 5 hours (and it say ready to pick up) Hubby tried ordering again....1130am....wanted to pick up after work...5pm...no email stating it was ready (how hard is it to get a small order ready?) No phone number for this location and the chat option is a bot that can't understand questions. Rediculous.

It is my second transaction in this branch. My online order was purchased, processed and picked up on the same day. The staff who served me for the first time was good 👍 and the two staff who processed my orders 2.2.2025 around 6pm was nice 👍👍
