It’s sad to see such a big event there tonight and you left one waiter to handle over 50 people in attendance for a birthday celebration . Service for drinks and food was terrible - over 40 minutes just to place order ! And your chairs all seem to be falling apart rips and tares all over the uplostery - it’s like management doesn’t even care about how the place looks and they certainly don’t care about their staff ! That poor waiter :(

Went for the Nutcracker Luncheon with a reduced menu. It was nice but not to the normal Newlands calibre... Gluten free, for example was marked on hot food, but there was no meat that was gluten free (so I had potatoes and mixed vegetable medley) but couldn't have the salmon or the turkey w gravy and dressing.

Food at the buffet has sure gone downhill. The server we had at my grandfather's celebration of life was absolutely horrible. She couldn't even get a sprite right TWICE! It even smells old and musty inside. Almost made me scared to eat there by the oldness of the building. Time for a reno Newlands!
