I can see why people say it’s not authentic Japanese, that’s because it’s Korean, nonetheless I still enjoyed my shio ramen. The chashu was extra thick and juicy and I ordered extra but was full with the original 2 pieces it came with. Gyoza was crispy and tasted like any regular pork dumpling would. My only complaint would be my chopsticks were moldy? I would probably still order ramen from here in the near future if I’m craving it since it’s a decent spot and not too far from home, I’ll just use my own utensils

Not authentic Japanese Ramen, not much flavour in soup and weird noodle. Maybe try their Korean cuisine instead?

I visited the restaurant after hearing that pork soup is delicious, but it smells like pork and has a lot of seasoning. I liked the pork cutlet because it was crispy.

This Ramen place is not authentic Japanese ramen but it is decent. The chicken karage was more like black pepper fried chicken. The house sauce it came with does not balance out the grease from the chicken but makes it even more oily.

Usually Japanese karage would come with a vinegar based sauce to balance out the grease from the fried chicken.

The cha shu itself is not well marinated, you can taste the pork smell that's supposed to be covered. Maybe add a bit of ginger to mask the smell?

Soup is on the light side, definitely not rich. If you prefer a light taste bowl of ramen this is for you.

Unlike traditional Japanese ramen place, they provided spicy sauce on the side for you to add to your level of enjoyment.

My summaries, and I did enjoy their tea!

The Spicy Shio Ramen was really tasty. The chasu slices were thick and juicy. I really liked the gyoza, it’s like a fusion of dumpling and takoyaki. The staff that served us was very accommodating.

Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian ramen option.

Parking: Shared parking for the complex establishments. Fairly easy to find a spot.

My youngest son likes this restaurant's pork cutlet, so we went back and ordered a variety of dishes for the whole family. It was so delicious (pork cutlet, pork soup, banquet noodles, etc.) and the owner and staff were so kind~^^ It was worth the trip and I will come back again. ~~ Thank you for the delicious food^^* I really enjoyed the watermelon~ Like the owner said, I bought a can from next door haha.
Thank you~~*

Fairly cheap for the quality of ramen
But the chashu is way too fatty for a decent chashu and it gets tiring to eat because of how oily it is
I only had the miso ramen, the soup is weirdly oily and milky for me, I think they tried to make a rich broth but it just numbs your tastebuds with how thick the flavour is, not my type of tea but i think people that like creamy soups can get behind it.
The eggs has a weird braised flavour it tastes kind of sour.
I like the noodles tho, they are bouncy and nicely cooked
Probably won't be somewhere I would go a lot but maybe when I'm craving a more traditional leaning ramen i would come

It was a very clean store, and the servers and other staff were very friendly. ^^ For the kids, we ordered pork cutlet and pork soup, and for the adults, we ordered cold bibim noodle ramen. As we ordered, it was nice to see that there was a wide variety of menus, so you could order whatever you wanted. ! The pork cutlet was delicious and the pork soup was unexpected too. It was delicious haha. The mixed cold noodles were so popular that even the kids asked for more. It was sweet and sour and a bit spicy, but that made it even more delicious. Next time, I wanted to try other menu items. ^^ The whole family was full and very satisfied. ^^
