My husband received his food which was a pizza 30 minutes before my salad that I ordered with chicken then halfway through my salad that finally came, they delivered the avacado that they forgot to put on the salad.

The service was garbage. The waitress forgot our order, then when she brought the order she forgot the spoons forks etc, then I had to ask another waitress for cutlery. She even asked one person what they wanted and then walked away before asking my friend what he wanted then we called her back. Worst service ever.

Understaffed at 1pm on a Friday. Took about 10 minutes to place an order. Got our food at 1:40 with ten minutes to eat before leaving to go back to work. Buttermilk chicken sandwich was overcooked, coleslaw tasted 5+ days old from the fridge, not enough, sauce was virtually non existent.

We used to like this place but the food is not very good and the menu never changes. My husband ordered chicken wings and literally got 5 pieces and was charged $18.75. The service is hit and miss. Sometimes you're just ignored. We won't be back anytime soon.

Fun place, had great service here. A server was kind enough to carry out some shots to us on the dance floor on Halloween. Really added to the night. Every staff member I talked to was friendly and helpful

Thorne in my side maybe. Hard to rate the food when they never brought it. Staying at the Sandman and went for happy hour with a group. Half the things we ordered off the menu they didn’t have. Went for brunch the next day and waited over an hour for food and eventually left after getting tired of hearing it’s coming right away. The last time we asked he just said he didn’t know if it was coming. People who arrived later were being served food. No offer to comp drinks or anything. Just excuses. Poorly managed spot.

This place is amazing!!! They turn into a nightclub on weekends. I went on a Friday night for the After Dark Halloween Party, and I had an absolute blast. The servers were great, and the DJ was playing epic tunes! I danced the night away. I'm so excited to have my birthday party here!!! I also love all the artwork on the walls/ceiling, AND they have a little arcade section, too, which is awesome!

Went to oak and Thorne last night as the prices were decent. We got there and had an amazing waitress. We got our pepperoni pizza within 15-20 min it was so oily and as I took my first bite I saw a mouse run across the floor near the entry way of the restaurant. Will not be going back

I ordered some take-out after watching a movie with my 6 year old at the theater next door. When I got there the security told me Friday and Saturdays this is a night club and I can't being my daughter with me to get my takeout order. They told me to leave my kid in the car by herself at 9 30 at night shes not even 6. I asked if one of them could help me and get my order they replied not my job. Total jerks if I had not already paid I would of been happy to not collect the food and never return to this place. Just a quick heads up to anyone with kids that think this might he a good place to grab some take out, it's not and the security guys will let you know you it.
