My husband and I stopped in for a quick bite as we felt it was too hot to cook at home. Service was absolutely amazing, we had Erinn and we have never been more impressed with a server than we were tonight. She constantly checked in on us but not in a way that was annoying and never made us feel rushed. We will definitely be going back again!

The place is always dirty the place is dark and probably for good reason. The food is just ok but your money would be better spent somewhere else in my opinion. If you are there on happy hour and don’t finish you can’t take the leftovers because the manager won’t give you a to go box. ..

This was my first time attending a space.. the service was above and beyond.. I just had an appetizer which was the Buffalo cauliflower and it was really really good.. I would definitely come back and give us another try for dinner.

We came for breakfast just with some friends . At first the service was good. She came right away and helped us out but then when our food came, we had no cutlery to eat it with! My husband actually had to go downstairs to the bar area and come up with a bunch of cutlery for us. I had a half of eggs Benedict. The hollandaise sauce was not warm at all. However, the fried potatoes were hot, toasty and delicious. We've been to this restaurant before for a fundraiser. The service was terrible. I thought I would give you a second chance. I don't think there will be a third.

Started out by really hurting my knee. The have these tables with I-beams as columns, but they stick out way too far and when I scooted my chair in, I hit it on a protruding steel rib about 1/4 inch wide. It really hurt my knee, just an asinine idea for a table column and a liability. They overcharged and slipped in hidden costs in multiple places. I upgraded my burger to a double patty and they overcharged me more than the price printed on the menu. Not sure how they think they can get away with that. I asked for a side of ranch for my fries and they didn't mention any cost but then charged me $2 for it even though it was tiny, an amount of ranch the volume of a bottle cap. Obviously that would be free at literally any other sit-down restaurant. What nerve. Definitely would not come here again.

The Oak & Thorne has been our go to place to enjoy brunch or lunch since moving to Walnut Grove over a year ago. The staff are always friendly and give us 5 star service! Always a pleasant experience!

What a joke kitchen apparently closes an hour and a half early then the rest of the place… came in at 8:40 for happy hour which starts at 8-close (10pm) and the kitchen closes at 8:30 what a disappointment

We love it here, we book our hotel because it is attached to Oak and Thorn. Big screen to watch the hockey game, great service and great food. We look forward to our next visit.
