The staff at this location are absolutely terrible and don't know basic customer service .I paid for a combo and drink and then the lady gets mad at me saying I didnt pay for my drink when I went to go grab it . Even tho she asked me what I wanted.

I don’t know how to give this negative stars. Service was slow, the Cesar salad I got as my side was a sad wilted left over bottom of bowl that had been sitting out drenched in diluted dressing. The pita wrap was bad, tiny pieces of meat compared to other opas I’ve been to. Don’t waste your money here.

All I can say is wow! The gyro pita was amazing. Crisp fresh lettuce! The taziki was super tasty. The calamari was incredible and tasty. The baklava was comparable to a resto I ate in Crete last month! Super happy I took the plunge and ordered! Will be ordering more and more from here! Thank you for a great meal!!! SETON, Calgary AB
Pretty disappointed with the Falafel Pita wrap. For the price of $10.50 the wrap was pretty lacking in both flavor and toppings. The falafel itself was small & bland and the amount of toppings was minimal, but the plentiful amount of tzatziki helped revive the dryness of the falafel. When the amount of pita exceeds the amount of toppings, it's a no go for me.
The person assisting the customers and making the food did not look like they wanted to be there and wasn't very friendly.
Won't be coming back to any Opa! If they're all like this.

Counter at Metrotown Mall Food Court The order taker Simran is a pleasure to deal with! Very pleasant mannerism and clearly does her job well. Love the food and the service is great.🙂 Most people eat out for a pleasant experience and not just to fill their stomachs so an impressive employee like that is important.
Food was actually ok , drink I took the lid off my orange Fanta after drinking most of it to eat the ice and there was black stuff on the bottom maybe mouse droppings or dirty dispenser or maybe the cup was dirty don’t know what it was but not good photos added second photo is zoomed in to try to see what it is that I drank 🤢 workers had no answers for me on what it is
Your staff seem exhausted! They need a short gap so that come back more energetic and patient🙂
They don’t even deserve a one star. Your reviews are so low I’m surprised they haven’t changed their staff or taught them proper customer service. I went there and the Indian lady refused to give me lettuce instead of rice how does this even make sense? I even offered to pay more. I came a few days prior and there was no problem at all and she told me I was lying when I have literally proof that I bought food from there I’m not sure why she has so much attitude and she told me to take it as is or to get out! I wish I had a picture of her to post. Learn some respect and teach your staff how to talk to people.
