Went there Sun - Sept 15/24 at 1:30 pm. 4 staff on - friendly and great service. Drink was delicious and the gal with the nose piercing and neat jewelry made yummy / presentable hot dogs. Worth waiting for.

Most miserable staff I’ve seen of any place in the whole mall, everytime I go through the girls have the most disgusting attitude and facial expressions. Better job hiring is my recommendation

every time i come to this OJ i am met with the kindest, sweetest, most wonderful staff!! last time i was there i was also helped by a girl with a nose ring and she was sooo lovely!! and my drink was so yummy!! thank u OJ??

I ordered 3 medium orange juice Just juice (orange) She slumped up as many mandarins as she can to fill up one medium glass and said here is your orange juice It’s so sour and no refund Whaaaaaaat You guys don’t know difference between orange and mandarin We give you real money not from monopoly

Teenage employees just standing around doing nothing while customers are waiting. They were actually arguing which one had to help us! What kind of operation are you people running!? Do not come here. My drink was so runny and the lid was messy after. Bunch of entitled and lazy kids.

Bought a sparkler today and a nail came in my daughters mouth while drinking. And nail was full of dirt as well. Very DISGUSTED with the experience. Never ever will buy again from them. Already had left the Mall otherwise could have gone back and show them the nail. Very bad service.
