We were looking for an ice cream shop today and we were in Langley City. I checked google and we found Oxford Ice Cream just a few blocks from where we were. We decided to try it out and I was so happy to see that they even had gluten friendly ice cream. Only one flavour wasn’t gluten friendly. Even their waffle cones are gluten friendly as well as vegan. I had a scoop of raspberry cheesecake and a scoop of strawberry buttermilk. I would give these flavours a 5/5. The person I was with had rocky road and he gave it a 4/5 because he said it was a bit too chocolatey to his taste. love chocolate so I would probably have given it 5 /5 as well. Yum! We are finding all sorts of great little spots for food in the Langley area.

Cute little shop in the Langley neighbourhood! Their life cream was delicious and had some great flavours we were stumped on which to try! Luckily, we live nearby so frequenting this place is a happy routine (for taste testing flavours, of course haha). Nice waffle cones too! They have some seating indoors and limited ones outside but if you can’t enjoy your ice cream there - a park is nearby and will suffice as well I’m sure! They have a washroom inside which is always a plus in my books.

I was excited to try this place out but it was a little underwhelming, if I'm being honest. There was only 6 flavours to choose from. The pricing and portions are decent. The decor is nice - it's a really cute little shop. However, it's way too hot for an ice cream shop. It was a really sunny day but we were all sweating sitting inside. It was almost as hot inside the store as it was outside.

We really want to try to support this place (plus we like their ice cream!) but they make it hard. Right now they’re only open 3 days a week. So fine we wait till Friday. Pick up my son from daycare and he’s so excited for ice cream. We get there and wait till 4 for it to open. After waiting in the cold (tried knocking, no luck) until 4:10 we decided to go somewhere else. It’s disappointing that they’re barely open, even when they are supposed to be.Good ice cream, but don’t get your hopes up about the store being open when your in the mood for ice cream.
