Driver showed up, I specifically selected cash, and the bill was 35 dollars approximately, I wanted to tip him 10 bucks, give 5 back, which is obviously a generous tip already, told me he only had 20s and couldn't break my 50? I again, specifically selected PAY WITH CASH on the website. This is absolutely unacceptable as a delivery driver NOT TO CARRY 5s/10s/change on them, we're regulars at this particular location, not sure I'll be coming back if someone doesn't reach out from management or ownership considering there is way higher quality pizza in langley for a similar price, we only order out of convenience.

I used to like Panago but our family has tried it a couple times lately and it is honestly the worst pizza I have ever had. Like cardboard with tasteless toppings. This last time was our last try.

My go-to for Panago Pizza!Owner/Manager is helpful. I forgot to add an online promo to my order but when I arrived he was quick to do it manually without debate.Will be back and I'll remember the promo code!

Had the worst stomach ache the same night after eating these pizza. 2nd time having this incidents from this place.
We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery and they arrived all messed up in the box. Looks like delivery guy wasn't careful at handling them at all.

This review is not a condemnation for the local store but for the Panago company. The prices have skyrocketed - $50 for 2 large pizzas. You're a large corporation and should have been able to buffer yourself from the effects the pandemic had. In fact, you probably profited huge during this time. So why are your prices out of control now? You used to get one measly sauce with a pizza now it costs extra. Absolute bs. Your top level management team should be fired for either not being prepared or for not being able to weathering the pandemic storm. And then after the pandemic, you boost prices when so many families are hurting. This is just one reason why Canadians will never get behind this sham of a company, let alone in BC alone.
