Shamika Patel- New owner of Papa John's Pizza was very argumentative and rude when I ordered 2 large pizza online with 50% off. For Chicken pizza and I complained to show that pizza it hardly any chicken but mostly bacon. She wouldn't offer to make a new one at all. Cook from the back kitchen came and pointed and counted 8 pieces of tiny chicken and told Ms. Patel to shut up by putting his hand in her face and told her to let him deal with it instead. Will not be going back. Extremely rude staff and not very customer focused. I hope this note is read by the main headquarters and CEO of Papa Murphy. I will also inform friends and family to not go this store.

Sorry i couldn't stop myself and had a slice before thinking i would post this review. The pizza appears to be a well-topped pie with a variety of ingredients, including green peppers, onions, and what looks like a creamy sauce, possibly alfredo or ranch. The crust looks golden and crispy, and the cheese is melted nicely, suggesting a good bake. The inclusion of a side of dipping sauce and a fresh pepper adds a nice touch. The people here barely understand English. Communication is the most important part of any pizzeria, everything from getting your order right to delivering it to the correct address.
I told them my address over the phone twice and they still got it wrong. Then when the driver called I had to repeat my address several times for him to understand. Then I texted him my address and sent him a link on google maps but he still got it wrong. I was standing on the sidewalk like an idiot for 20 minutes waiting for him to drive by, and my order was half an hour late.

Have made the wrong pizza 3 orders in a row. The last time they had a manager follow me to my car to retrieve the pizza they messed up so it could be “disposed of”. They also pick their produce off the floor and told me “it’s for scraps and isn’t being used”
