Pasta Polo Langley

The worst pasta i have eaten in my entire life, there was literally such a lack of flavour that I thought it was just the bite I had. Bite after bite, the same disappointment hit me. Super nice people who work here but holy crap, get a new chef!!!

We have consistently had a very poor experience with this restaurant every time we ordered. On one occasion, we were interested in the “create your own pasta” option. When we called, the staff member who answered (a young woman) suggested another pasta dish that included the exact same ingredients but at a lower price. We appreciated the suggestion and decided to order it.

However, every time we asked for extra sauce with our pasta, they ended up serving the driest pasta possible and lacking flavour. Despite repeating the same request multiple times, the outcome never changed.

Most recently, when we called again to order the same pasta that had been previously recommended, the same staff member answered and, surprisingly, mentioned that the kitchen had complained about why the client always asks for extra sauce. This was very unprofessional and unnecessary to tell a customer. Additionally, whenever we asked to add vegetables, she repeatedly placed us on hold to go ask the kitchen, which created a very frustrating ordering experience.

Overall, both the service and the food have been very disappointing. The lack of consistency, unwillingness to accommodate simple requests like extra sauce, and the unprofessional comments made us feel like our business was not valued. Unfortunately, we do not plan to order again and cannot recommend this place based on our experiences.

Wife and I visited here for lunch on a weekday. Food here was really good, service was good but the atmosphere and look of restaurant was not. Old looking furniture inside and dirty windows with spiders really threw me off while dinning there. I would try this place again, but will try take out instead. Really hope owners do a renovation because like I said the food was good!

Good food and great service!!!! Shoutout to Sepideh she was an amazing waitress and all the staff matched our energy all night. We had the patio all to ourselves and had the time of our lives (my horse friend fineghan loved it) Thanks pasta polo!!!

me and my girlfriend came at 8 PM on a Saturday, it was such a lovely experience, we had a waitress named sepideh
and several of the workers who helped us were very nice and matched our energy and were so fun To talk to, and we sat on the patio, which eventually people left, and it was a beautiful alone experience where we had lots of Ability to talk loud and have a beautfiul experience!

We ordered pesto fettuccine, and penne Alfredo baked with cheese. The pesto fettuccine was good, but the penne was watery and way too soft, although the sauce tasted good. The bread was very underwhelming and did not taste good. The portions were great for the price point. Service and atmosphere were good too.

Not sure if things have just gone down hill here or if it was a one off, but our last experience was awful.

- one meal came out wrong had to send it back
- Bruschetta was soggy and not edible
- side chicken for a pasta was pan fried to hard crunchy bits and shouldn’t have been served
- service however was good

Doubt I’d go back anytime soon, with the price of eating out being where it’s at, it’s hard to justify spending hard earned money here which is very unfortunate.

Instead of my Jambalaya of the week at Boston Pizza let’s go to Pasta Polo… :( chicken breast in water and basic pasta.. sorry not for me .

The staff was amazing and the portion sizes were so big.
We got the soup of the day, a kids meal and the veal parmesan.
