Our family travels from East Abbotsford to Pearl Fever for boba tea just because it’s the best. The service is great and they never mess up an order. But most important the quality is always consistently great.

I don’t come to this location often, and the reason for this is because they always mess up the UFO. I’ve been getting this beverage for years at your Coquitlam locations, and your Guildford location for years, and they’re always amazing and taste the same. But, you come to the Langley one, and they always forget to add the syrup… it’s disappointing hoping it’ll be right, only to leave, and be half way home to white rock, and find out that it’s not right.

Not my favourite milk tea…. But they have the nicest staff !!!! I came here after a difficult shift at work and one of the staff saw me wearing a scrub and asked if I’m a nurse then gave me a free drink. I almost cry. What a wonderful experience, I felt so appreciated for what I do. I always come back in this store after that because of their amazing crew ❤️

genuinely my favourite bubble tea place! the customer service is good and they’re friendly, i liked playing with the uno cards while waiting for my drink. the bubble tea is delicious! 😋 i get my drinks really quickly and they’re good quality so that’s why i love this place XD

Very disappointing experience. The staff member working this afternoon didn’t acknowledge us—no eye contact, no greeting—just generally poor customer service. She acted as though helping us was an inconvenience. At nearly $9 per drink, the service definitely doesn’t justify the price.

I’ve given 1 stars only because the staff was nice and friendly but let me tell you, they don’t know how to make a good tasting bubble tea.
So I ordered a brown pearl milk latte and it tasted like you’d put something burnt in your mouth. It was just so bitter. And when I told them to go light on the ice, they went ahead and put none in my drink. I am never returning to this place and don’t recommend this to anyone. Save your money and go to Share Tea or Preso Tea instead.
