First time ordering from Uber Eats, and this soup has zero flavor. I asked for spicy, but there is no salt at all—just pure spice. As you can see, it is really disappointing. Hard to believe pho can have no taste 😂 How was this soup even made?

The food was satisfactory, however, I felt unwell upon observing one of the staff members enter and exit the washroom while still wearing gloves. I brought this to the manager's attention, and she assured me that she would address the issue with the staff member. I hope she followed through, as this practice is indeed unsanitary and unhygienic, particularly in a food handling environment. Few of the servers wear gloves as well, I only hope that they change gloves when they have a bathroom break

This is my only go to Pho Restaurant!I get a number 2 and omg so good! The staff are always amazing and the bonus is its a family run business! And an amazing family they are!
