Both the girls working were super sweet and socialble very helpful answering any questions I had about the pita. It was definitely an A+ for service but I was slightly disappointed in the pita itself. Unfortunately both the Souvlaki marinade on the chicken and the tzatziki sauce we're rather bland ?. Overall a good experience I just know that typically the Greek flavours in those two items typically much more present.

Been an avid pita pit lover for over 15 years... But this location in particular has really dropped off for me.The portion size dosent even fill up my children. They put so few veggies in the pita and the salad bowls are half full!!

Wasn’t too impressed with our experience at this location. Counters and floors looked dirty and they needed to be cleaned, benches in their booths are falling apart. Couldn’t imagine what the back looks like if that’s how the customer facing area looks. They had only one type of lettuce to offer (out of spinach and iceberg lettuce). Tomatoes looked mushy and looked like they were sitting in a bowl of soup, no olives.Hard to want to spend money on a restaurant that doesn’t seem to care or put in the effort for cleanliness and freshness. Overall really disappointed :(

Disastrous Visit to PitaPit on 4th January - Unacceptable Lack of Halal Compliance, Non-Delivery, and Denied Refund Rating: ⭐ (1 star) My visit to PitaPit at 1975 Kennedy Rd, Scarborough, ON on Thursday, 4th January, was nothing short of a regrettable experience that demands attention. Upon ordering a shawarma and inquiring about the halal status of the chicken, I was astonished to discover that the restaurant lacked a separate grill for halal items. This blatant non-compliance with halal standards raised serious concerns about the overall food preparation process. Seeking a resolution, I requested a refund due to the failure to meet halal requirements. Shockingly, my request was met with a flat-out refusal from the staff. To exacerbate the situation, the food was never delivered due to the compliance issue. In response to this unacceptable situation, I promptly reached out to PitaPit customer care, who advised me to send the receipt for a potential refund. Despite adhering to their instructions, there has been no response from PitaPit customer care as of the date of this review. Frustrated and determined to find a resolution, I called the store on 8th January to speak directly to the owner. Unfortunately, my efforts were met with extreme rudeness, and the owner intentionally disconnected the call. Subsequent attempts to reconnect were futile, leaving the issue unresolved. My visit to PitaPit on 4th January was marked by a lack of halal compliance, non-delivery of the ordered food, and shockingly poor customer service. I strongly caution potential patrons, especially those with specific dietary requirements, to steer clear of this restaurant. Key Points: Lack of a separate grill for halal preparation observed on 4th January. Refusal to provide a refund despite the non-compliance with halal standards and non-delivery of the food. Unresponsive customer care, leaving the issue unresolved as of the date of this review. Rude behavior and intentional disconnection from the store owner during a direct call on 8th January. I sincerely hope this review serves as a stark warning for others considering PitaPit and prompts the restaurant to urgently address these critical concerns.

Food was soggy and literally overloaded with sauce, should I say a flood of sauce and the minute grabbed the wrap, it fell apart.
