It's so awesome to have this Pizza Hut right behind my apartment, great food and great people working at this location, they make you feel like they known me for years and always willing to go the extra mile, even when I screwed up an on line order ,they offered to give me my food and for me to come back the next day and pay for my meal, just an outstanding team working here.

Usually The Hut is my in town fav, maybe it was this location? The crust wasn't right, they missed the pepperoni and messed up other parts of the order.
My favourite pizza place. They make your order pretty quick as well.

The order was for large thin crust pizzas. Both were over cooked. Photos attached. Manager called me back, apparently that is how the thin crust is prepared. Will not order that style again.

sent cold food stone cold and missing sauce and cheese so cold wouldn't melt and the chicken is cold so is the cheese sticks when I went to talk to the manager she claims it's my fault like excuse me your store cooked this then she said well you have complained befor well excuse me your restraunt sends out bad quality food looks like a McCains 2.00 fozen pizza and breadsticks and cold chicken like I paid 64.00 dollars for this then the manager blame us I have phone time stamp and bill and my video camera time stamp I wouldn't feed that food to my dog stop blaming the customers and do your dam jobs properly or go elsewhere we pay your wages your supposed to make quality food.This was Langley 200th street Location.Not recommended at all.

The Pizza were oily and too much cheese on them. The old experienced staff are very nice and have good communication with us.

Lol I wish I could give 0 starts. I order Pizza Hut so often it’s almost embarrassing. The manager was very rude. I told them my boneless bites where very dry and she sent more that where also very dry (I was very appreciative of the new bites until they came dry) she claims it hey follow a recipe but my bites never have came crunchy in the 50+ times I’ve ordered. I was pretty nice until the manager started to get rude, I was astonished at the way she spoke to me.
