The worst experience and customer service ever. If you ever order take out from this location, then be sure to check your food before you leave. I placed an order for a meat lovers and they give me a veggie lovers. And when you try and contact the store, they completely ignore your calls and the call gets forwarded to the online order queue. The worst part is they say you have to speak with the store and transfers your call which ends up going back to the online queue. I spent 20 minutes going in a loop trying to contact the store before calling it quits. The veggie pizza was also luke warm at best. It seems like they just gave me someone's stale pizza.

Hello, Today I ordered pizza from Pizza Hut at 2061 200th Ave, Langley. Unfortunately, the pizza was not properly cooked. The crust and toppings were undercooked, and it did not meet the usual Pizza Hut quality.
I kindly request that you look into this and provide a replacement or store credit. I hope the service can improve for future visits.

I initially wanted to try the ordering process by myself (online), and I was fortunate to be assisted by SATWANT. He was extremely helpful and guided me patiently throughout the entire process. From the moment I placed the order to the cooking and to the final handoff, he was polite, friendly, and professional. Satwant made sure that my pizza matched my taste preferences exactly. I also appreciated how considerate he was, especially since I was feeling a bit dry and unsure at the time. His service made me feel comfortable and confident. When I tried the pizza, I was blown away and it was beyond my expectations! Everything was neat and clean, and the presentation was perfect. The cheese wasn’t just tossed on top; it was carefully prepared and tasted amazing. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and happy with my experience.
