when I spoke with the customer service representative, a kind and polite girl named Kmaal assisted me. She greeted me warmly, took my order, and recommended the “Dip Flight.” She also mentioned the donation option. When I asked her why the donation was being collected, she explained it very nicely and clearly, detailing what cause it supports. The pizza was very delicious. I had walked in to place my order, and at the end, she asked me to rate their food and service on Google, and to share what I liked and what could be improved.

I placed the order online and by accident I entered in the incorrect address. I noticed right away and called the number that they provided in their email. After being passed on to four different people and waiting 33 minutes on hold they hung up and magically showed up at my door 45 minutes later. I understand it was my fault for entering in the incorrect address. However there was no communication. Not to mention waiting on hold for 45 minutes and being passed around to multiple different people. Not understanding how they got the correct address 45 minutes later. When I never spoke to anybody , All they kept asking was would you like to place a new order.

Every time I order pizza they forget to bring part of my order. When you phone customer service, they are no help. They keep transferring me to different people instead of dealing with helping me receive my order. They have the worst service that I have ever seen. The driver was good, he brought the extra pizza that they forgot again. The Hawaiian pizza I got was mostly cheese on the pieces that I ate.

Pizza arrived late and cold and driver was on his phone when he delivered the pizza and whoever cut it I swear I have never seen a worse pizza cut in my entire life half of them are tiny than others absolutely massive. Not sure what they were thinking plus the chicken I got on my one pizza I swear I found like 5 pieces in total . Definately don’t recommend this location

Order Wings and a personal pizza through door dash.When I got the food. The wings were not wings.I received bites that I did not order and the pizza the cheese was barely melted.This is not good customer service I did not pay for crap.As that is what it was.Maybe get staff that follows orders as you sure the hell don't have any.Never wasting my money at your establishment as very ticked off over this.It all went in the garbage.UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.
