I ordered pizza from mandeep the pizza was hot, fresh, and tasty. I really liked the stuffed crust and generous toppings. A bit pricey, but worth it for the quality. Would order again! Great customer service really appreciate it

We did a takeout order for 2 large stuffed crust pizzas, and received one stuffed and one normal. When we called in to talk about it the person at the store answered, heard the problem, then hung up on us and did not pick up on callback. The forward when the store didn't answer told us they can't do anything, and just tried to transfer us back to them. Edit: finally got through to the manager, who denied it until we offered to send photos to the store email. Got the incorrect pizza covered by store credit. Extremely unprofessional and unethical. Make sure you check everything before leaving the store, and do not trust.

5 stars for sure. I stopped by this Pizza Hut recently and had a great experience. The food was solid — fresh, hot, and exactly what I expected. But what really made it stand out was the service. Baz was super friendly and just made the whole vibe better. He was welcoming, easy to talk to, and you could tell he actually cared. It’s not every day you run into someone that genuine in customer service. Big thanks to him — I’ll definitely be coming back.

I ordered for delivery. The pizzas were burnt at the edge and soggy in the middle. The mozarella in the stuffed crust was rubbery. Called to complain and they said they will give me a refund. After 2 hours, followed up the refund and they said they were just too busy but will process my refund on that day. It has been 4 days since.

I went and paid in person. Cashier was an old man who added a $5 tip on my $10 order. Gave me no choice to pay it. I’m a broke teenage girl, I would’ve tipped anyway but not a 50% tip on a pizza they made wrong too. Ordered again cause I used to work in the plaza and they did it wrong again. Don’t think they’ve ever done it right tbh. Wings are good tho.
